Consult your doctor and see whether you are lactose intolerant. If yes, you will not be able to drink the normal milk. Is this happening very recently or you have this feeling for a long time? As a substitute, you can go in for soy milk.

hireshd you are what the doctors term lactose intolerant.your tummy cannot digest the lActose sugar in milk so you will need to buy lactose free milk or else go to your pharmacy and get pills that will help your tummy to digest the lactose and not make you ill. your doctor probably should be the one to give you the best advice however.

You might be lactose intolerant, in which case, you should stay away from it.. You could go to your doctors and find out, I'm sure. Most people don't feel nauseated after drinking milk, so something is obviously up. You could try buying Soy milk, which is pretty good (and comes in all kinds of flavors!), rice milk, almond milk, or lactose-free milk. They're all a bit more expensive than normal milk, but they obviously are much better on your digestive system. And you can find them usually at every grocery store - or at least I can in my area, otherwise hit up your local health food co-op or health food store. Good luck to you!
