These are great and easy cookies that I need to share with you all! Okay, all you have to do is mix one box of carrot cake mix, half a big can of pumpkin, one egg, and a bag of chocolate chips together and bake them at 350 for about 10-12 minutes. They taste amazing and are done in a jiffy if you need it for company! Do you guys have any good recipes to share?

They actually sound quite good. I might try those sometime. I love carrot cake pumpkin and chocolate. I will make them and see how they turn out. another thing that might be good in them is either coconut or nuts.

Hi, bwanna. That sounds very yummy! I have never heard of carrot cake cookies before. I don't have any recipes of my own to share at this time. I usually will just buy the cake or brownie mix and bake my sweets from this.

That sounds really good. The only cookie that I make the same every year as I like to change things up is the peanut butter blossom cookies which I am sure everyone knows how to make. You pretty much take your favorite peanut butter cookie recipe and make that and roll the cookies in to balls and dip them in sugar, then you stick a Hershy Kiss in the middle and push it down a bit and bake. They are always a big hit and very simple to make.

Oh my gosh! That sounds amazingly good! I will have to try that sometime, seeing as I'm a huge baker. I don't have any interesting recipes to share, really. I make all the originals - oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, M&M brownies, frosted sugar cookies, etc. But if I find one I'll be sure to pass it along!
