Just the opposite - without the Internet human kind has procreated a whole lot over the past several THOUSAND years. Too much time on the Internet and not enough time "procreating" would be more likely to cause human kind to die out.

I think humans will survive without the internet. So many people in the past have lived without having internet. It will definitely be a harder, more backward place to live in but i think we can survive.

Some might. Those, for example, for whom medical treatment might not arrive fast enough or whose illnesses might not otherwise be diagnosed correctly. Most of us, however, would survive ... and probably rather better than we do at the moment.

No, of course they wouldn't die. Look at the people in the past, they didn't even have electricity, but they survived. Internet is important, but it doesn't mean we would be paralyzed without it.

Nowadays, I don't think so. Everything we do is geared towards the internet. It'll be VERY hard, but possible.
