my teen age passed in negative activities which made me weak, But left after 22

HI there umer5222 , exactly what type of weakness physical or mental stress, what one should do is if it is physical weakness is that try walking and get enough sunlight and fresh air and also a healthy diet fruits and vegetables, if i can be of any help , leave a comment cheers for now , from bignik and have a good day

hi umer well for mental health you need to think postively and be of good cheer. for physical heath you must eat healthy foods, cut down on sugar, fats, and salt.eat to live not live to eat. also you need to get out into the sunshine and walk a bit everyday until you are tired. also find time to relax and have fun,laugh, and smile a lot.

I have the same question as the first tow posters. Are you talking about physical or emotional weakness? If you are talking about physical, my suggestions are to eat a balanced diet, drink 8 glasses of water a day, weight train three days a week, and do 30-45 minutes of cardio exercise a day. If you are talking about emotional, I would go to church on a regular basis, surround yourself with positive happy people, maintain a daily list of things that you are grateful for, and every day do at least one thing that you are passionate about.

What kind of activities exactly? and what kind of weak? When im feeling emotionally weak thinking of happy things and people i love make me happy and give me strength, that also makes me feel better physically! If im feeling physically weak i try to rest if i can, eat healthily, and excersise gently - gets the blood going around your body more!
