I am so happy that my habit of skipping breakfast is gone. I have just moved out of my place and rented another place with my friends where we can cook and just do everything we need and want to do. Since we moved in two weeks ago, we have never skipped breakfast. And it feels really good. I have never felt this good for a long time now. My doctor said, getting a breakfast regularly is healthy. How about you guys?

always! everyday! i usually sleep late(like now, it's 3:20am here) and ofcourse get up late around noon or past lunch. and when i wake up, i mostly don't have appetite to eat so i have to wait about an hour or 2 before i grab something to eat and that is almost dinner so my dinner also would be almost midnight. i live alone so already have this as habit. when my parents come or others, then that's the time i can have a breakfast but mostly light stuffs like coffee and bread or sort of soup and sometimes oatmeal/cereals

Wow Lucky. You have a rather different lifestyle. Just don't forget to take anything after long hours of not taking anything. You just gotta break the fast, that's why it's called breakfast. :)

Yes, I know milfea! I will try my best to wake up early so that I will have time to eat my breakfast... though I know it will be very hard. I know it is worth changing... Thanks for the concern.

Hi, milfea! I skip it about 2 times a week or so. I don't eat that much anyway. I eat at least 2 times a day. I love eating breakfast it makes me feel fuller longer. And my body feels energetic and healthy. I love choosing many selections of whole grain and whole wheat. These type of grains are very good for the body. Congrats on eating breakfast every morning. I love to eat breakfast, it maintains my weight. And it keeps me from overeating and putting on unnecessary calories.

Good for you. In my house, skipping breakfast is against the rule. I see to it that even if my wife and I had to wake up early to prepare for breakfast, it worth the effort since we had given all members of the family a nice and a happy start. My kids are used to it. I can count only in my fingers the days the we skipped breakfast.

I know that skipping breakfast is a very bad habit. But still i skip breakfast almost everyday due to some reason or the other. I stay away from my parents. So , there is no one who would force me to have my breakfast on time. In general, i have college in the morning .Sadly , I wake up very late and make up my lost time by bypassing my breakfast. In holidays, i sleep till lunch time.I will be really happy if i can leave this habit and move ahead in life.

I never skip breakfast and I always have a full cooked breakfast. But there's days when I'm not hungry for breakfast, like today really, so I just had my coffee, one apple (for carbs), a few walnuts (proteins and fats). I never really skip it.

I usually have breakfast. I just need to make sure I get up early enough because I'm never hungry right when I wake up. Because I usually have yoghurt with granola, I don't have to cook or anything, so it is easy.

some people have misconception of skipping breakfast, they said skipping it is healthy for losing weigth but they didn't know our body goes fasting during the whole evening and morning while we are sleeping so our body needs a little carbs, protien and fiber to kick off the day, i never skip my breakfast..

breakfast in the car - eating breakfast in the car
What I skip is the kind of breakfast that I like which is sitting on the table and enjoying what you're eating. Maybe with a paper in hand and hot coffee. And not being pressed for time. I usually just eat in the car on the way to work. So, technically I am not skipping breakfast, but I wish it could be better.

there is this saying goes, in the morning eat like a beggar,in lunch eat likea king and in the dinner it like a queen. First thing in the morning you must eat a lot. Breakfast is the most important meal because the energy you get from the food you took will give you the energy for the whole day. Lunch support your energy until the afternoon, and in the evening just eat a little like a queen so that when you sleep you wont feel heavy. because if your full you cant get a good sleep and it make you fat if you eat a lot in the evening. Skipping meal is bad. Health is wealth so take good care of it.

I used to skip breakfast before but my teacher and my older sister told me that skipping breakfast is not healthy plus it may also be a reason for gaining weight because when you starve yourself you will be eating more than what you normally eat. My teacher also said that breakfast helps your brain function well and breakfast is not only for morning but it benefits you all through out the day.
