PayPal specifically do not allow two accounts except only if one account is personal and the other is a business account. Both accounts must be linked to the same person. PayPal allow up to five email addresses to be linked to one account (so, I suppose - though I haven't checked - that you can have a total of ten email addresses linked to your two accounts). If, at any time, PayPal detect or suspect that you have two accounts in violation of their terms, BOTH accounts are liable to be suspended or deleted. The only advice that is worth giving is to read (so that you understand) the Terms completely and abide by them. If you don't, then it is YOUR fault if you lose your PayPal account and all the money that is in it.

In my opinion, of course you can. How paypal knows that these two account is about the same person? Even if it know, I think it doesn't matter to do that.

Yes u may change your information with another email id and it would help you. Its really easy , but some people have only one account, makin an account is really easy too. No worries

just go to the Profile add edit email and add one more email and that's all

Unfortunately, Paypal does not allow you to change your name unless you have a proving identification document like a drivers license and stuff like that... so... :( But the good thing is, you can delete you account and get another one. I have done that many time myself, and all the time my account was empty. But if you have money in it, however, I really don't know what to do.
