Greetings. Yes I have, numerous times. Along with being a Christian, I am a pastor. When I was with the Assemblies of God, around 1975 I applied for my license to preach with what then was the Eastern District. One requirement was that the applicant would have to have read the whole Holy Bible in the King James versions, consecutively-- that is -- starting from Genesis, then Exodus, clear through to The Revelation of Jesus Christ. After that, I made it a habit to read the whole Bible from time to time. I would change versions too. Btw, when I read the whole Bible now, I kind of hop around so to speak. For example, I have just finished Obadiah, but now have went to Genesis.

Greetings Goodintentions. That is correct. I resigned my credentials with the AOG August 2003 and now serve as an independent Pentecostal minister. Sad to say, I had seen many changes in the AOG as they gradually became more like the world in thought and deed. A decision was made at their General Council of 2001 to change a certain by-law contrary to the clear Word of God. I had felt over the years that if they had made that decision it would be a signal for me to leave. I thought I would stay in until the next GC to see the decision reversed. It did not happen. Also sorry to say even worse decisions were made in their 2007 GC. We pray for revival not only in the AOG, but through all of us.

I have. I have done it several times and I usually finish it up between a year or two years. It is not that hard to do. But I think it is easier to read just one or two chapters a day rather then three or four because one of the psalms (11) are very long and you would need more then a day to finish it.

I've read the whole Bible cover to cover only once. It took me about 3 years of reading every night. I'm working on my second full read-through right now.

Hi there, I only read some of the chapter and verses from each book of the Bible, but I was not able to read all of them as one whole book just some part of the book only. I guess if you are really dedicated in everyday bible reading, then you can finished the Holy Bible in just a year. For me, it doesn't matter whether you were able to read the whole book of the bible, what matters is how you practice and live your life as your reflection to what you have read. Bible reading should really be apart of our daily routine. It is our best armor in any life's trial and struggles. God bless.

I'll say I have passed through the entire Bible because I've been attending Holy Mass regularly. If one attends Sunday Mass for three years, the whole Bible is covered. Same thing if one attends the Holy Mass everyday, the whole Bible is covered in two years. When reading the Bible, I use the Mass guide for the day. I tried reading it from Genesis onwards but I could not finish so I just follow the daily guide when reading it.
