Marriage eases the risk of depression and anxiety. But if this relationship cuts off these mental conditions may deteriorate further more. An international study reveals these facts. By the leadership of Psychologist Ket Scot of Otago University,New Zealand this study was made on 493 persons of 15 countries of the world. This study was made by the instruction of the department of Mental Health of W H O. Mr.Scot said,Marriage is good for mental health of humans. We observed the people who never get married or who's married life broken away and the married couples. We found married couples are mentally sound. In the previous study it was found that marriage is good for w omen's mental health. But this study says, marriage is good for mental health both of men and women.

This looks like a very small study, I don't know if I can agree with the results. Small studies often have faulty results.

marriage can indeed relieve both from depression and anxiety but the couple should not come to think that they are the only answers to their problems and work for ways to keep depressions and anxiety at bay. because all couples will at some time in their marriage disagree about something the couple must learn to work it out with each other on a daily basis. do not go to bed angry with each other.

Well I think that is a good booster, but I think that would depend on the how the marriage will go. It will also depend on the how the marriage will work because not all marriage will work out to be fine.
