Creating a space for love.

When we open our hearts through meditation we make it easier to connect to that part of us that is generous and kind. An easy way to do this is to picture our heart as a warm ball of light, drawing to ourselves, unconditional love with each breath that we take. We may even notice that imagining this energy spreading throughout every cell of our body, and picturing it expanding to the people around us, fills the very core of our being with this love and gives us a desire to share it.
Channeling universal love through our hearts allows us to spread our love to others. While we may be able to do this on our own, when we tap into the boundless and pure love of the universe, we are free from selfish intentions. The true warmth and sincerity of our feelings in turn bathes us in a shared and absolute field of tenderness and caring. By creating space for love to enter our hearts and extending that love to others, we will relate more deeply and genuinely to the people we encounter each day. Why not try it today?

Hello Pose. It is well said that creating a space for love by opening our hearts through meditation does make it easier for us to connect that part of us being generous and kind. If everyone does so, there is no problem for us all to enjoy a wonderful, peaceful and harmonious world. Let's try it and for sure we can make it. Take care.

Pose123, many are not aware of the beauty of universal love. They are obsessed with their desires and materialistic tendencies, that they forget the real world of spiritualism. Ultimately, it is the spirit that is real not the body, but for many this realisation comes a bit too late. It's people like you who are trying to help men change for the better and I hope that you succeed in that venture. All the best and a Happy and Prosperous New Year 2010.

this is a beautiful post. and very true it would seem. I have a friend who understands deeply the power of positive energy. I myself believe it's alot stronger and more influencial than we know yet.
