ip listed in CBL

my IP is currently listed in CBL. and i really don't know why.. the other day i requested for it to be delisted and it was succesful. the following day that i woke up, i was shocked when i got a new Ip address and it is listed again in the CBL. so again, i requested for it to be delisted and it was succesful. just this morning, i check my IP, it is back from the original and AGAIN, it is listed again in CBL. pls help... :(

I agree with the hoot man, Norton anti virus and webroot spy sweep should do the trick. But what is CBL???

I would strongly advise against going anywhere near Norton (unless it's the bike)!

Have you run a reliable virus check? It sounds very much as if your machine is infected by a trojan so, until you get rid of it, the problem will recur however often you change your IP address. Read the Help page very thoroughly and follow the very clear instructions: http://cbl.abuseat.org/faq.html

thanks. can you recommend a good anti virus software? i'm currently using kaspersky.
