hi, have any of you been asked to verify your unverified alertpay account by alertpay people.

They want to make sure you are who you claim to be. There is nothing to worry about since a credit card is not needed for verification purposes. They only need an ID with a complete name and photograph, and a certified copy of your bank book.account statement.
