A lot of police out today? (Sunday)

Was anyone else driving around today? I noticed about 5 just driving to the library and post office today (about a mile round-trip). A ridiculous amount if you ask me. Has anyone else noticed an abudance of cop cruisers around lately? Why do you think this is? Or is sunday just a big DUI day or something and I just don't know it?

Where in the world are you talking about, for starters? This is a discussion based on such a small focus, that I'm surprised you thought it was worth putting on MyLot. It's almost as if you thought everyone else on here lived in your neighbourhood!
Can you imagine everyone who responds to you suddenly saying, Yes, we saw a lot of police cars around today, and then realising that they live in a different hemisphere of the planet?
Perhaps if you'd told us where you live it might help!
