What type of oil do you use for hair? / myLot

I use coconut oil mix for my hair once in a week. Coconut oil helps to keep my head cool. The oil mix I use consists of some ayurvedic medicine which is good for hair, dipped in coconut oil . What type of oil do you use for hair? What are the ingredients of it?

Hi daliaj.. I use non sticky coconut oil alternate days when I go to office.. other wise normal coconut oil weekly twice to nourish my hairs..

i use normal coconut oil friend.daily morning i will apply oil friend.if we use coconut oil regularly dandruff wont come.once if we get dandruff we can never cure it.its too a kind of skin disease. have a nice day :)

I think you are man. It is easy for men to take care of hair. I wish to apply oil to hair daily, but is a big task. I have very long hair and it takes some time for me to apply oil properly on the scalp and in the hair. Now, I live in a place where the water is not good. There is hair fall also. So, I prefer to wash hair twice or thrice in a week.

I use witch-hazel oil three times a week. It refreshes my hair and has a very comfortable smell. The oil consists in hammamelis which cares my hair softly and gently.

I don't use any oil. I do use conditioner from time to time. When I was young I used to use coconut oil on my hair, but it has become too much work to put then all the time. So a simple conditioner would suffice.

I use an oil called Gro Aut Oil. It has coconut, jojoba oil in it. It also has MSN and Biotin in it as well. There are other ingredients that are in it that I can't name at the moment. This oil aids in hair growth.

i use coconut oil for my hair and i use it weekly once. i didnt try any other oils upto now,as i feel that coconut oil is good to our hair and its price is also good. in net, i have seen olive oil is also good to our hair which cures dandruff and head lice, so thinking to use it now as i have headlice .

I also use coconut oil for hair.If we apply coconut oil to the scalp and massage gently,then it is good for good blood circulation and prevent dandruff up to some extend.

Hi dalia, I used coconut oil (boiled coconut oil with ayurvedic medicine) earlier. My mother used to make this oil and sending me every year. Now she is no more and I am getting some ayurvedic oil from near by ‘aryaviadyasala' (ayurvedis shop). (Here is a branch of Kottakkal, near to my office).

Hi daliaj, I use specially prepared oil by myself by grinding henna,hibiscus,curry leaves etc heated in coconut oil, strained and stored.

hi daliaj, i use almond hair oil, it grows very fast and thicker, some times i use navaratna oil, it makes my head cool. when i got headache i use this. immediatly my headache will go off.
