I have a friend and he is popular with a good temperament in the company. He express kindness to everyone. Once we walked near the train station, a train was coming, he shouted at the train loudly. He said,'When I was in a bad mood, or by the aggrieved setbacks when I want to lose my temper, I would come to this kind of place, waiting for the huge noise, and then into the train roared aloud. The train pass away, my unhappiness, anger has been taken away together with the trian!' On my way home, I can not help thinking, no wonder his temper so well that he knows how to give vent to their emotions in due course.Only to suppress the minds of the unhappy, and not solve the problem. In the busy pace of life in today's society, everyone should learn how to relieve their stress, and so open-minded in order to live a healthy life! Some pressure is necessary, like ships, need to ship something to pressure in order to sail. How do you deal with it?

Though sometimes pressure bring stress but it can help us in some ways. It can help show what we've got and reveals our talents. It helps us to think deeper than we expected. Help us to have a better view of things. Though stress could contribute to this but pressure could be a factor to build ourselves stronger.

Hi scout sniper: I agree with you. I have noticed that when you simply do what you would like to do and not what other persons make tell you that you have to do, you don't discover some of the talents you have and you didn't know anything about them. I agree too when you remark that pressure makes us stronger. Sometimes it's not a nice lesson but we need pressure in our lives. Thanks for your answer scoutsniper. Hope you are having a nice day. Keep Mylotting. Take good care of you. -Alvaro.

If the pressure is really big I just take a tea-time and try to relax and think about the causes of the pressure and decide what to do next. Yes, the pressure also is an important way for one to move forward more faster than anyone who don't have pressure.

hi kevinll well when I was a young woman I worked as a nurses aide and while I loved what I was doing, occasionally I would'come across a patient who would try the patience of a Saint, and would get really stressed out, sometimes to the point of tears. So this kind head nurse saw me getting all stressed out and tearful at the jerk patient. she told me' come along with me. she took me into the utility room, and located the large garbage can. well she said when I get stressed out like that, I come in here, and do this, Mr. Curtiss, wham, bam, you ungrateful brat wham bam, take that and that, she swung 'back her foot, and gave the can one final kick. She said, try it and I did, calling the can by the patients name, take that you mean Mr. Olson, and that, darn you, how dare you bam wham. Then I laughed and she laughed and we went back to work. we were both smiling and our patients all thought we were so wonderful.he he he.

Pressure in your work- papers - I feel pressure and stress in my work when I see a lot of folders with the things I have to do for my day
Hi kevin: I agree with you, sometimes you need a little pressure in your work even if you don't like, that's the way you know that you have to be better and to find a way to solve your problems in your work. When I have to deal with these situations I generally tend to organize in a paper the things I need to do and I begin doing the things that I consider the most important, that's a list of priorities and I can tell you that this works very well for me. Thanks for asking me this question kevin. Hope you are having a nice day. Keep Mylotting. Take good care of you. -Alvaro.

Hi kevinll . That is very interesting how your friend dealt with pressure! At least he did not hurt anyone. It's better than punching a wall! Yes indeed, some pressure is good. When teaching from the Word of God in regard to troubles that we all face I sometimes tell my hearers that many things we find useful and helpful come about by some kind of stress or pressure. A box, for example, whether it be cardboard or wood is the result of something being cut, shaped, and nailed, stapled or glue. We who are Christians and have reached a certain level of understanding are to deal with pressure in what many would think is a very odd way--we are to rejoice when trouble comes our way! That is hard to do, but can be done in Christ and a benefit from that is our flesh that is so prone to sin is crucified. So negative reaction to troubles are less as time goes on. If one follows this course, there is an added benefit because rejoicing in the Lord gives one inner strength to face the trouble. Btw, congratulations on getting past 500 in rank. I can hardly wait to do that because of computer glitches. Once I can copy and paste I then can write a response off line, spell check it, and respond without being concerned of losing a whole response due from a glitch. For example, while typing this, the cursor froze but I get typing since sometimes the computer remembers what you typed and then it will fill it in after getting unfroze. So I kept typing, but when the cursor got unfroze, the myLot system thought all those stored characters were from copying and thought I was trying to paste them. It brought up the usual warning and erased all that I typed. I have less than 148 posts to go.
