Hi, myloters! I just want to share with you my case. You know, Christmas and New Year's holidays are connected with lot of eating, drinking and this kind of stuff. I tried to be careful and to eat normally but I lost the game and one of my Christmas gifts was 3-4 kilos on my weight. Today I just saw that I'm back to my 80 normal kilos(I'm 185sm high)! And I'm so happy about it! It took me 10 days to get back to normal! I've done this with eating only vegetables, I also stopped eating bread. And the most important thing - not eating much, almost starving! What about you? Do you receive the same gift for the holidays? And if yes, are you back to normal again?

I was lucky this year in that I did not receive that unwanted gift. Typically I've been the person that had very much fondness towards all of the holiday treats, but last year I resolved to lose weight and I did not want to blow it at the end of the year. I tried to avoid those treats that I am so fond of and I was able to beat them. I'm happy to hear that you've been able to return to your usual weight and may you be able to maintain it as well.

You're really lucky! I was thinking like you. I was getting fatter the last 2009 year and I started diets. And I succeeded! Then the holidays came . . . I got this 4 kilos gift. But my experience helped me and I turned back my previous weight

It’s a good idea to have an idea of the calories that most food items have. If it is a packed thing then the label is sure to have the calories that the substance has.
