How suplements can help your fitness goal?

Do you use suplements? What is your experience with them? Lately i`ve been reading a lot about nutrition and looked into a paleo diet,Zone diet,which I think are really good wy of eating.But later about that one. I know that if I put a good food,good nutrition to my body,I feel better for it. And Im` not talking organic,even though,I`d love to be albe to buy organic food.But ATM it is a bit price for me. In order to get most of the good nutrition,your body needs to be in balance,and ready to take as much good stuff from food,as possible. Thats why I did detox,to clear the whole system,and to give myself a kick start. I had some possitive findings.Being more energetic,droped some weight,and felt briliant. (If you wanna hear more let me know). Did you try any detox? how did it worked for you?

I'm not really into that kind of stuff. I eat healthy and that's about it. Although, I do sometimes take vitamin C to help injuries heal faster (it's needed by your body for collagen formation). And sometimes I'll drink blueberry juice and stuff like that for antioxidants. But as far as doing a detox, I don't really think I have any need for that since I already eat mostly healthy foods only.
