All know the tips to earn... But is difficult to work it out?

Besides some newbies we all know the tips to earn fast here.
Some of the main tips are,
1. Follow Mylot guideline
2. Maintain Quality as well as Quantity for the posts
3. Try to catch maximum responses to the discussions that we start
4. Comment to all the responses
5. Treat each discussion as a chat room and make maximum comment chats on the topic
these are the main tips to earn here through participation that you know, but do you feel its difficult to work out? Yeah, not fully, i feel its hard make all these practical at many cases. Its difficult for me to make long comment chats and give comments to all the responses, sometimes. But am trying my best to make a good participation earning each day, so as to reach the payout monthly. What about you?

You just broke Rule #1!!! We are NOT supposed to try & figure out the algorithm here on the Lot. Following the rules is the main rule in LIFE!!! I find that if you don't concentrate on how to earn here...instead opting to enjoy yourself & just have fun...you'll earn MUCH MORE!!!

But was he trying to figure out the aglorithm here? I don't think so. I feel he was trying to understand what else he could do to add to the things that he is already aware of but no monetary amounts were mentioned

Hi abhai!
I know that many find it complicated to earn here and I feel that one of the reasons is - they think too much about earning!
Try and think about enjoying the discussions and having fun and you might find that thoughts for your responses come quicker amd more naturally. Once you start typing without counting how many lines and how many responses you are making, then you will see your earnings increase too.
Also, when you start a discussion, do it at a time when you can stick with it and comment back to those who respond. If they know that you are online they will probably come back and comment to your own comment. They are earning too remember

I have noticed that you start a discussion and then leave and that is why I mentioned it.
If you are available to comment like you are doing now then you will find that users will come back immediately too, giving you another chance to comment to them and therefore earning.
If your discussion is active it will be at the top of the 'similar discussions' list on the right of other discussions with the same tag
and more users will notice it and they might respond - and then you can comment to them too.
The more responses it receives in a shorter space of time, the quicker it will enter into the 'hot topics' and even more users will see it and might respond. If you are available for all of the responses then it is likely that it might make the first page and get to thge Digest too. Then it would be seen by even more users and the more responses that it receives, the more chances you have of commenting back and earning even more

Hi Diana,
you are absolutely right. Counting the lines and posts make its feel like boring and hard to earn.
Yeah we should enjoy each topic and so can make a good participation naturally.
I usually start discussions just before i log out, so do it influece my participation, as am not here to give a quick response?

I agree with what you said. Over my course of 3 years or so here, I find one very important thing. One needs to respond to comments. Actually, besides earning potential, it can be quite interesting to know what the other party has to say as well. Hence, easy into reaching payout. Very well done..

I think it is more important to only respond with quality reasoning. To respond to every post with a copied response means you are only in it for the money. I post what is generally on my mind and respond only if I think my words will add to the conversation.
However, I have never had a payday, so obviously your way is working much better.

well i only respond to those topics which i feel like responding to and which i can understand.its not that i always have a great quantity og comments and its not possible when you are chatting,but i do chat sometimes not always.i also participate everyday so that i cna have a monthly payment.a monthl payment will help me a lot

Hi friend,
the main way to build a great participation earnings is making long posts without losing the quality of the posts. Of course, its a bit difficult to maintain both quality and quantity in some cases, but try to do it maximum to reach the monthly payout.

As well as starting your own discussions, commenting on the responses that they receive and responding on discussions by others, you can also 'barge in' on responses made by others and leave a comment of your own if you feel it can be useful (or fun). Just like I am doing here

We do not earn anything by doing the quizzes and they are only for US residents.
You can upload photos to your profile but they will not earn. If you upload them to discussions as long as they are relevant and not covered by copyright, they will earn for you.

I try to follow all these rules to the best possible manner. I try to give quality and quantity posts. Since I respond to some people's discussions, they too, in return respond to my discussions. Though I may not get more number of responses for all my discussions, for few of them I get resonably well. I participate by heart and soul in my posts and not for the sake of it. Even if a big reponse is needed, I do not mind typing that. But in spite of that, if I get less responses and less money, it is my luck, what to do? I start a discussion. After just few days, some other person will start the same discussion. That persons gets more responses. For that what can I do, tell me. I am happy for what I got. That is it.

But can you say me what kind of work should i do to earn $10 per day? And i want to know how much you have earned till now in mylot and online?? I have earned around 15 thousand rupees online in 2 months but have earned around thousand rupees from myot in 5 months. Than whats the use in trying to earn in mylot when i have other options.

Hi abhaijith, If one has a lot of time to spend here then it is not difficult to make a payout each month. In my case I am restricted for time and even when I am on mylot, I am doing several other things so find it diffiucult to give full attention. I do the best that I can under the circumstances. I have not been able to post steadily a certain number of posts every day....At times it has been just one post and no pots for several days and then may be 10 -15 posts ....All the best and happy mylotting

The biggest tip that I have come to know about making a decent amount of money on here is to not think about the money at all. I instead decide that I want to have a good time with the time that I am spending on here and the money that I am able to earn is nothing but an added bonus. I don't write my posts thinking, oh I am going to earn on this, I write the posts because I feel like I have something to say. I don't start a discussion with the thought of having X responses, I start discussions because I am truly curious.

Same here, I live in a country where their English is praised by foreigners but my foolish countrymen bit it so well that they do not have more effort to improve their English. I get writers block often as I'm still struggling with the way I write. When I come upon a sentence I still do not put it for fear that it would violate the guidelines. But I feel its going to be easy as time goes by. The key to everything is practice anyway.
