Do you sway to music on your earphones when you are not alone?

Personally, I like swaying to music that makes me happy... you know, there are some tunes that just seem to be made for swaying to? But I get a bit shy when I'm outside with my earphones. Kinda try to restrain myself. Although there are people I've seen who just bop along anyway. How about you? when a song comes on that you particularly would like to jig to, do you stop yourself or just go with the flow, since swaying from side to side isn't quite as bad as belting it out and disrupting the peace (in a quiet train, say).

YEah, i think it's kinda normal, to be swaying along with some music.. IN most humans, we tend to have some natural rythmic beats in us, and thus we will move along with music, unknowingly.. haha =D There are many times, i do see ple swaying along with music on trains, but once they realised ple are watching, they will stop immediately.. lol =D Just like singing as well.. They will hum softly, before getting louder and louder before they can no longer hear themselves, with the music blasting in their ears.. lol =D

If I'm feeling what I'm listening to then I'll groove or bob my head in front of just about anybody. Music makes everything better and if someone wants to judge me while I'm enjoying my music it won't bother me because my mind will be somewhere else.

Yep, I do that sometimes. I like to have my earphones on when I get to sit down and chart something during work, and I nod my head to the catchy tune playing and even sing with it at times. In a train or any public transportation or public place, I just slightly sway my head and hope that I don't look annoying.

I actually do sway when listening to music that I like. But i suggest it depends on what are you listening. I do head bangs on rock, but do sway and sometimes dance on hip hop(I usually do it on party and I don't care about that).

I do lots of things when I listen to music, say, play the invisible drum, keyboard, synth and many other things even on the bus and train, although I do listen to lots of different music.

i have to admit that i am guilty of doing this. if they music is of a fast tempo, i am usually bopping (do they still use that term??) around to the music when there are people around or not.

Honestly, I am a huge music lover, I love that get up and go kind of music, I prefer to listen to my music alone, I have never enjoyed sharing my music you know pumping it? I always use headphones and make sure my music doesn't interrupt others :-). But I feel weird if I have my headphones in and want to move even a little while another is in the room, if i'm alone i'm doing air drumming and air guitar like i'm in the band on stage ha ha ha. But I just feel that if another person isn't into my kind of music I would rather not look foolish, because they don't get it? :-( But I will be a little more loose if I really know you and we are into the same bands or a new song is being shared :-) I'm a super reserved person around others anyways lol I refuse to wear sandals in public or shirts without sleeves ha ha ha :-)

Are you kidding? I don't care who's around! I listen to music that makes me happy or cheers me up or motivates me. So if I really get into what I'm listening too, I don't care who is there! If you ever hear someone bust out in tune in the middle of the, Oh, I dont' know, intersection, mall, target, park, burger king... look for my smiling face! haha

hello, squaretile! my french colleague once took a video clip of me as i was moving to the beat of the music. i can't exactly remember what was that song because it was about 2 years ago and i haven't seen it actually. hehehe! i think it's fine in the occife because people are usually busy so they don't notice except that french guy who sits in the opposite side about 10 metres, i guess. on the bus is fine, too because i only have 1 seatmate but probably won't do that on a subway, sky train or ordinary train. i might move subtly as an option. of course, i won't enjoy the music on the expense of other people.LOL have a nice weekend!
