If Obama was a Constitutional law professor maybe he would have read this line, "Congress shall make no law…abridging the freedom of speech"? If he had read this line what does he think that means?

He thinks the Constitution is flawed.... he doesn't realize that the flaw is within himself. Alito should have thrown a shoe at him.

I believe that his perception of that line is the freedom of speech as I see fit.

As I've said many times before, I believe he has thoroughly studied the constitution. He's studied it the same way a general studies the opposing army or a terrorist studies national security.

Obama reads the constitution for the same reason W.C. fields read the bible...looking for a loop-hole. I presume this has to do with the supreme court ruling recently. I am still sorting this out and haven't fully formed my opinion yet, whcih is why I have avoided commenting on it much as of yet. I will say this stems back to a ruling long ago in which the supreme court ruled that corperations were considered the sams as people in the eyes of the law and are afforded the same rights. Now, just because the supreme court ruled on something doesn't make it "constitutional". look at roe-v wade for example, the ruling itself was unconsitutional, but it stands as accepted law just the same. the problem began when we began relying on case law and precidence rather than constructionism and base constitutional interpretation.

Perhaps you should write and ask him. What I am opposed to is an "entity"...a corporation...a union...a special interest group...being afforded the same rights to freedom of speech that was bestowed upon the CITIZENS of this country.

What I am opposed to is an "entity"...a corporation...a union...a special interest group...being afforded the same rights to freedom of speech that was bestowed upon the CITIZENS of this country. Spalladino that is some great logic. So if the great Spalladino calls you a special interest group, an entity you do not deserve rights. Okay so let us apply this logic. The Baptist church, the Catholic church, the Methodist church, and the Scientologist church does not have any right, special interest and entities. The Elks Log, Freemasons, Boy's Scouts, Girl's scouts, the PTA, the VFW, and on and on does not have any rights, special interest and entities. Once again CONGRESS SHALL NOT MAKE ANY LAW ABRIDGING FREEDOM OF SPEECH. Maybe you and Obama should reread that a couple of times, because there is no exceptions in there.
