Trying to find out if anyone here as used this site to earn money. I got a email from them and they said you can summit writing articles or reviews and get paid. They say you get supplies like pens and stuff valued at $3780 for free. Also they say they have 1,000 of companies with job offers. There is no experience required and only ask if you are over 18 and can work at least a hour a day. They have a 7 day trial for $2.50 if you don't cancel after the 7 days then it is $47.00 a month to keep getting access to these companies. I am looking for some extra money and some work I can do at home. I work a part - time job and can use some extra money to help pay bills. If anyone has used this site can you tell me what your thoughts are. Please be as honest as you can or want to share. I am jus trying to get as much info as I can. Thank you

I'm going to approach this assuming it's not a scam, and proceed from there. 1. Being required to work at least an hour a day and at the same time, also pay $47 a month is a big no-no. There are legitimate sites where they do charge you a fee for joining, but generally they consider charging the fee enough to guarantee you working on projects there. $47 a month is also quite steep, compared to other sites I have come across. After all, if you are spending on a subscription, you don't want to waste that money. There are also sites that require you to commit some time within x months to keep writing there (e.g. Suite101), but these do not require you to pay anything. 2. From what I can see of the site, they are claiming that you can write articles for $100 and stories for $500. That's fine, and not unheard of, but then they say they only require writers to have above an 8th grade writing level. That's kind of hard to believe. People who are paying $100 for an article definitely want more than that. 3. The site mentions a 60 day refund on your membership fee, which would mean a 60 day trial period without any cost, and is different from what you mentioned. I'm asumming that what you posted came from your e-mail, which if that's the case, doesn't reflect very well on the site. Either they misrepresented on purpose, which means they are a dishonest company, or they haven't got their act together yet, which means their competence and ability to deliver is suspect.

Hi .. I have also been considering joining this site but the fact that you have to pay $47 per month puts me off a bit .. I am willing to risk the $2.95 trial but my concern is that if they are not legit , they might keep drawing funds from my credit card .. Just a matter regarding the above post about the sixty day refund .. It is different from the trial period .. The trial period is 7 days at $2.95 , thereafter if you continue you pay $47 per month with a refund option of sixty days .. So there is no discrepancy there . The risk is how good is their word . Anyone can offer a refund but how easy is it to get that refund .. People looking to earn money online need to be very wary . Do not simply assume because someone offers a money back guarantee that they will pay when you ask . It would be nice to hear from someone who actually joined what their experiences are . Thank you to those who have suggested alternate sites as I am really considering writing and will check out those sites . Its great to know that there are people out there willing to share info without looking to make a buck out of it

TOTAL SCAM!!!!! I highly recommend avoiding this website. For starters, my login information (with a password they provide) did not work, and after sending an email, I still received no assistance. They over charged my credit card during the inital trial period. There is no telephone number for contact and the only number i could find searching through the internet, sent me a text when I called saying that for 9.99 they could give me the number. I asked for a cancellation and still my credit card was charged. When I emailed, this was the response I received. (supportstaff@realwritingjobs.com) Send us an email and we will handle the cancellation, Josh Higgins Still my credit card was charged after the trial period. Prior to this, I had sent a follow up email to be sure they cancelled it, but they never replied, and I was charged. Dealing with this website only caused a lot of frustration and now I have to go through the process of cancelling the charge on my credit card.

Hi Everyone, I joined up in Australia for $47 but it states on my receipt That I have agreed to a 3 day trial of RealWritingJobs.com and after this trial is over, you will be billed $47 dollers one time only. Which is what occured. I can't say that I have made any money with them though as most of there work is based in America from what I have looked at so far but I will keep trying. As I hate paying good money for no gain what so ever!!

I agree with phyrre. Don't sign up for anything that costs you money. There are other sites where you can write for money and it doesn't cost you anything. They're happy to pay you. If you can write, check out sites like Associated Content, eHow, Helium, Constant Content. There are plenty of markets without paying for them.

Hmm...I don't have any experience with the site in question, so I can't say from personal experience or anything, but I'd be a little bit wary. Normally anything that requires a monthly fee, especially something that high, isn't worth it. There are an awful lot of money-making scams out there and I'd hate to see you get suckered into one, so just be careful. There are a lot of sites out there where you can earn some money. True, it's going to take longer than most people want and more work, certainly, but it's real honest-to-goodness money and they do deliver. I make an okay amount every year from online sources and it helps supplement our income, but it's not anything that I could quit my job for.

thanks I haven't done anything yet but I do like to write and even if I can make just a extra $100 a month it's better than nothing.

peavey is right, there are plenty of places where you can earn around $100 - $200 a month from sites where you don't have to pay money to join. She listed a good amount of them, but here are also some sites that I'm on that I earn that much from: ChaCha, Associated Content, Amazon Mechanical Turk, ehow, mylot, textbroker, and Gather. Using all of those venues together plus some survey sites, I usually make around $100 a month, but I also work 65 hours a week, so I consider that pretty good for what little time I have to invest in it all.

I just signed up, tried to call the # to cancel after realizing my balance on my card was null in void, however, it is a prepaid visa and i don't want any money taken off it when i put money on it. I would like to cancel this, how do I? The # gave me the website and still, i got no answers. Any answers?
