I am interested in your expectations on myLot. Do you have jobs of your own? If yes,how much time do you spend on surfing on myLot everyday? If no,could you gain enough money for a living in this way? Any way, let's get back to the title. How much do you expect to earn through MyLot?

MyLot will not make you rich or give you a living from what you earn here. It can, however: * Provide a place to have good discussions and learn many things * Allow you to meet people from all over the world * Give you a satisfying and reliable bonus of a few dollars each month * Expand your mind and allow you to build on your experience in many profitable ways

I don't 'expect' any particular amount. I know that if I type in the right places I will earn but I have no idea how much. I also find that typing and thinking about earnings at the same time, causes them to be less. I just post where I see something interesting (and within the Guidelines) and it is so much more fun - and I am happy about my earnings too. Whenever I start a discussion or leave a response, I get back and comment, often several times, to anyone who responds to my post. Backward and forward banter is fun and is what we earn for - discussing I have a job offline and this is just a great place to be instead of watching the soaps, indeed it is one big, never-ending soap on here!

"An everyday story of country folk"? Aha! ... what about "A humdrum story of Internet folk"? (Did you ever hear a drum hum?) ... all the dialectical peculiarities of non-native English; the parochially political intrigue; the cunningly interpolated 'information' about surviving on the Internet (what to do if BSE [Bux Scam Eventuality] infects your herd ... err ... hoard , how to keep your PC [Perfect Crops] free of viruses, the recommended way to become 'organic' [green tea, Ayurveda, and the latest Government advice on the daily intake of water]) all interspersed with stories of how so-and-so is having trouble with their boyfriend/girlfriend and what Whatchamacallit's cat is doing.

On mylot you can earn for a living just if you have a lot of active refferals, but it`s hard to achieve that . So , mylot isn`t a way for living, but it will help you a little less or more, depending on your time spent on mylot. You can upload pictures too ,and that will make you money too , you can make tasks , and so on . But the best it`s to make friends and to answer to different questions and so on. It will be a pleasure .

You'd need to have a boatload of referrals to be able to earn enough for a living. Or do you see 20 dollar per month as a living? :P

For now, I have $3.14 and I joined 3 weeks ago. I have to work double time so I can get my first pay-out this week. My target is to make 100 posts a day but get to finish only 75 at the most. I'll do better if time permits.

So that means that the payout per post is $0.01? So if you make 100 posts a day, you aim to earn $1.00 a day? Was wondering as I'm a new user of this forum

I work nights so I MyLot 1 to 2 hours a day during workdays which I can make (10 to 30 posts) and almost the whole day during rest days (50 to 80 posts). Earned $3.14 since I started 3 weeks ago. When I started until about a week or two, I only did an hour a day. Since I need more money, I decided to do more posts every single day. I even sacrifice a few hours of sleep just to post. Well, no pain, no gain, right?

50-80 posts and 3$ only? Are you posting quality posts dude? I'm not gonna compare but I do post just like 5-10 times a day and I just earn a nifty .60 cents per day. Maybe I got your post wrong. You must have mean 3$ in one day right? Because what I think there is no definitive earning here it all depends on your type of discussion. But seeing 50-80 post and earn only 3$ for 3 weeks.. that is questionable. I don't know I just think it is.

I don't have expectations, even beacause I don't when and how much I get payed to partecipate. People here are talking about a living, in my country that means at least 500 to 800 € isn't it a bit an impossible target to reach? I'll be happy when I'll make my 1st 10$ and I don't know when I'm gonna get that yet lol. To make real money the solution is to go search for a real job, I am a student and with my lot I can expect to get some change for a drink with friends or a nice ice-cream :)

If you are alone here without any referral there is no point in expecting more than 5 dollar monthly. You need at list 500 scraps of 4-5 lines for achieving it. I havent set any target as such.I reply people here and enjoy my stay. There are other sites where you can earn better without much hard work.I concentrate there more.

You will find answers to that question reading mylot´s rules and guidelines. But you will not find there what I feel. I´m earning knowledge and friends from all around the world here. Of course I cannot live from posting here. You see, so many times I read a post and think about what new ideas they have and the go to search online for more knowledge. That is not money earned, but I have earned quality of life.

I always say. If you are a regular user don't expect more than a tenner per month. Only those who are really capable of triggering back-and-forth discussions are capable of earning more.

And those who have a huge database full of referrals are capable of making a real living out of mylot. :P

My goal is just to reach payment every or every other month. I found mylot when searching for ways to make money online, but I don't hang out there only because of the money. I participate in the discussions I find interesting and upload some pictures every now and then, but it's because I think it's funny. The money is an extra bonus, I'll have to make real money somewhere else. But there's quite a lot of good tips on how to make money here.

I want to earn just enough to buy premium accounts. I don't intend to live my life through the internet unless I open up an online business.

Earning a living through mylot requires you have a lot of referrals and that too they have active. It can bring in some money every month, but I reached the payout yet as I am new to the site. What I feel it is a good site for getting peoples views and sharing your own and in the process earning a bit of money. I spend about 3 hours a day on mylot.

I really don't expect much... I come here everyday whenever I can and just spend my time training my english grammer and toggle my creative skills. It's nice to share ideas and experiences and I hardley remember that it's a paying site!

I earn $10 every month at its finest. May be bigger a bit, but frequently lower than that. That's equal with the amount of free time that I can give for myLotting And nope, you will never be able to earn decent amount for living here, unless you have tons of active referrals.

I don't really know what I will earn or expect to earn, as my goal is to get the payout every month if I can. If I cna't then, I iwll be able to get it the next month. Oure earnings depens on our participation, how active we are,a nd the quality of our posts. I don't set a goal for a certain amount of posts a day, as when I don't worry about my earnings when I am in here, I do so much better than I had hoped I would/ Mylot isn't just about earnings anyway. It is much more than that, as I have come realize since I have been in here. I am just going to do what I can, enjoy myself and have fun. That is more important anyway. The earnings are just a bonus anyway. Sure, I am here to earn like everyone else, but I don't put the emphasis on earning. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

It depends upon how much you want to earn, and how much you consider enough for your living. :) This can supplement your income, if you start about 3 to 4 discussions every day, and respond to each and every reply you get. But before that, you need to make enough friends by participating in discussions started by others. If you start 3 to 4 discussions, and respond - you might earn a dollar each day. :) More important than that is this is one place for fun, and relaxing. You can escape the everyday stress by coming here. As Mysdianait has pointed out, it is better than sitting in front of soaps. You can at least avoid putting on excess weight. :) Many people tell you alternate ways to earn monies. They also tell you how not to fall into traps. And when you have any doubts or issues they come out with their solutions. I get to learn English. :) I'd say it is a right place to hang out. :)

I have a full-time job and I recently just started doing mylot. I try to get on at least an hour a day and post as many comments as I can. I also do this on my lunch break at work and try to do as many as possible. I do not believe it will provide me with such an income that I'd be able to quit my full time job, but it is a couple extra bucks a month and that always helps.
