I read shazza 1978 discussions on coffee or tea. i cosume tea mostly but occassionaly i enjoy coffee as well. i consume a cup or more of green tea as well. i was in tea business. Indian, SriLanka, Ceylon and Taiwan Chinese tea. Tea is cosumed somewhat different ways for example in Iran people consume loose tea leafs (other than tea-bags). They put tea in boiled water in Samawar (like big cattle that is the water is boiling all day long) And they put only two drops of boiling tea in a cup of boiled water and add suger to taste, but even only two drops makes the cup very strong/bitter. For me i added double the amount of suger still bitter. There is no milk. Some other country consume tea without milk but they add tea over boiling water and don't boil. i was travelling in Taiwan- China, green tea was served in train and green tea every where. Green tea is said is good for chalostrole etc. Indian green tea is different in taste from chines one. There are different blend of green tea with herbal produce; as now a days there is a trend of green tea - it is beleived good healtwise and for stress etc. In North America and Europe and this side of the world Coffee is mostly consumed. But Britisher mostly consume Tea. There was time that BrookBond and Lipton Tea Companies were promoting tea in India. They were serving tea in streets once in the morning when people were way to work and again in evening way back. Very few people were familiar with tea. pitampura34
