Did you work out today? Or are ya gonna? Watcha going to do?

I just got done doing 30 minutes of Turbo Jam which is a mix between dancing and kick boxing, and then I did about 10 minutes of Hip Hop Abs which is a combinatin dance and standing ab work work out. Both of them are very effective. So have you worked out today? Or Are you going to work out? What have you or what will you do? If you wern't planning on working out I challenge you to get up and do 10 minutes of something.

I don't typically exercise, but the last few days I've been using the gym for aerobic and ab exercise for about thirty minutes each. Phew! Let me tell you, that is a WORKOUT when you're out of shape. My muscles hurt in places I didn't know I had muscles, and I'm proud of it.

If I work out at all it will just be a little on the Wii fit. I've gotten tooooooo lazy lately. I cant seem to get motivated to get off the computer when I'm not either at work or taking care of the baby.

I intended on going to the gym today but could not make it so I did my own workout at home. This is what I did: 20 minute walk Lunges x 10 per leg Bicep curls (5 pound weight) x 10 x 2 Plie squats x 10 Standing overhead triceps extension (5 pound weight) x10 x 2 Deadlift (5 pound weight) x 10 Bent over row (5 pound weight) x 10

Yes, I did work out today. I did 30 minutes of hip hop aerobics (lol - I bet I look pretty silly!). It was really aerobic and got my heart rate up high! I also did 30 minutes of Pilates. I love Turbo Jam. It is so much fun! But, I am too out of shape to handle it very long. Once I lose about 15 pounds, I will start doing Turbo Jam again.

I actually do aerobics,yoga,thai-bo dance like a mix of dancing and exercise too, and sometimes I work out in a gym once a week.

Although this was posted yesterday , I will say I'm working 10 hours today. I usually average between 55 and 65 hours a week between two jobs. Trying to make a dollar out of 15 cents as 2Pac once said. After working, I hope to get a few things done around the house before getting to bed early, hopefully!

I have not really worked out today, unless you count going up and downstairs at my house, getting donations ready for the thrift shop, carrying them to the car, carrying things from the car that do not need to go to the thrift shop. If I finish my next eight articles early enough, I may take you up on the ten minute challenge at least. I have been finishing an article about every twenty minutes, so it may be okay. I would probably do ten minutes on my actual stairs in my house because I can do that even when it is dark outdoors.

Wow , it's weird that this came abt . I was thinking I should do this . I love playing wii , the wii is a great way to start off . I've been trying to get myself together so I can be in the workout mood..i'm just so lazy ! lol but it'll get better..I will regret it this summer if I dont .

I have not had a chance to work out today. If I get home from work on time which never seems to happen any more I will go down in my basement and either do 20 minutes on the treadmill, or I will do a quick easy weight training workout. I really wanted to work out more this year, but my work schedule is killing me.

I've been to the futsal training today. It was really fatiguing, but pleasing experience. The training lasted for hour and a half. I feel that once again I've done something good for my body. I go futsal and volleyball like 3 or 4 times a week, so I can keep myself fit.

I run 5k in the morning. And in a while i will have some abs and exercises with some extra weight.
