Who know a true handgun was a deadly weapon. When I say a true hand gun make a fist, point your index figure out, and you thumb up. Mason Jammer was suspend from his Jefferson Elementary School in Ionia, Michigan for making such a gun and pointing at another student. By the way he is 6 years old. http://www.mlive.com/news/grand-rapids/index.ssf/2010/03/ionia_kindergartener_suspended.html

whew! I am so glad they got that dangerous menace to society off the streets. Think of the eyes he could have poked out with that thing! I think we should ban fingers from schools. This is clearly the only way to keep our kids safe. Michigan, ever the leader in morality. Thank goodness, thats all I can say.

I can hear it now, the second amendment only protects your right to bare arms not hands.

maybe a little elbow but only for middle schoolers. Those 6 year olds can get out if control. Next thing you know they will be playing tag and we can't have that!

gewcew23 oh dear when we were kids the boys were always doing that and nobody ever thought much about it. little boys just did things like thatk Now a 6 year old can get suspended, oh may that sounds rather silly to me. Why on earth would any one do this to a little kid who was just was goofing off? I really do not understand that. Much ado about nothing, it seems to me.
