Why

I don't think it's necessarily the actual paparazzi & tabloids that care so much about the celebrities.. they do it because it's their job and they make money.. and it's in the tabloids because average people want to hear and read about it, and are more than willing to pay money for it. :)

well soniah, this material world is money. anything that sells means money. gossip on hollywood stars are really attractive and pull in the sales for the tabloids. money comes rolling in when the tabloids sells like hot cakes.. sold out. everyone wants diversion and gossip is infectious. its does no good to the grieving parties, the pain, the agony, the insults,the embrassements, the rejections and even confusion and depression.who cares for the poor guy or girl and their spouses and children. people are so busybodies nowadays. gossip is where you are not a part of the problem and you are not part of the solution. why dont leave peoples' private lives to themselves and they are just human and they fall due to temptations. they are not heroes, temptations are every where. we must all be on guard and jealously guard our spouses and families and to do this, have a strong foundation in life, at least try to. my thoughts to you, soniah and have a good day.

Why because thats what so many of the public want and the journalists know that a lot of people want the juicy ugly nasty details of some celebs life no matter if they just did a fantastic job of acting. I get so ticked off at p eople who live on this crap and care about Paris Hilton or one of her side kicks.to me she is a spoiled rich brat not worth my thinking about at all. Celebs as a rule leave me cold unless he or she is one fantastic actor or actress then I admire their talent, not their love life.

yeah, probably. it s they re job to know what celebrities are up to so positive or negative news, they won t care, as long as it fills their pages up they re gonna write it.
