I know it is healthier than other oils. And yes I do have a giant bottle in my cupboard.I am just curious, do you use it, or does it just not matter that much?

I have olive oil in my kitchen but I don't often use it. Our main oil is still peanut oil, sunflower oil and the corn oil. When I make some western dishes, then I will use olive oil. I love China

Sesame oil - Lots of benefits are being talked about sesame oil
I did some search on the Net and found sesame oil to be excellent. I am using it since the last 5 years. Initially the smell bothered me a bit but I am now used to it. You can visit this site which tells you more http://www.webmd.com/hypertension-high-blood-pressure/news/20030428/sesame-oil-benefits-blood-pressure You are on the right track. Olive oil is excellent but very expensive.

Yes we need to have olive oil all the time. You are right, it's much more healthier than any other oils especially the cooking oils which are bad for the heart.

OLIVE OIL? Of course I do!!! :) I am a big fan of olive oil. It is very essential for me. I use it as a beauty regimen. It hydrates my skin and hair. It helps me prevent wrinkles. It is one of the best skin revivers. Not only it is natural but it is effective to use. I even use it on my lashes and my lashes grew longer and thicker. I put it on my under eye circles. It helps to lighten the dark circles and banish wrinkles under my eyes. Ladies,Olive oil is very essential to every woman. It's natural. It's healthy. It's effective. It's multi-purpose. The best beauty regimen. And I love it! :) Happy blogging!

I believe olive oil is best, not only for healthier cooking, but for more flavor. We use olive oil for about 90% of our cooking. I do not use it baking, it is too expensive and doesnt make that big of a difference. Or when frying something, I use vegetable oil.

I do have a bottle in my kitchen, and I use it for many things. There are a few things that I don't use it for though. I don't particularly like the taste of french fries or chicken strips fried in it, so I use Canola Oil in my deep fryer. We are very conservative about the amount of things we fry though. I also use Canola Oil in Baking cakes. Olive oil just doesn't work as well.

I do have olive oil, along with vegetable oil. I use both. If I can choose I'll use olive oil because of the health benefits, but if a recipe calls for vegetable oil then I'll use that. There is a difference in flavor, and putting olive oil in a cake would make it come out a bit nasty! I also have an olive oil non stick spray!

We do have a big bottle of olive oil in the pantry and that is the only oil we have. We use this because its the best oil for us. It also makes foods taste so much better. I love it on my salads and using it for garlic bread. I also heard from cook Jamie Oliver that when you are making fresh mash potatoes instead of using butter to you Olive oil. Its just healthy for you then the butter.

I dont have olive oil in our kitchen but I always have vegetable oil. Olive oil are very expensive that's why we dont have it. I think its a good thing to have it but the price is keeping me from having it in my kitchen.
