mylot search bar not working!!!

Since mylot has added the search bar I have used it for a few times but never been able to get the desired result. For every search I still have to go back to google serach for a satisfactory outcome. I know the mylot serach bar is new and may not have the database like google but It does not even have searches for the common and popular words like "google adsense", "google crawler" or for that matter even if your serach for "mylot" it says no result found.
Has anyone being using mylot search bar. if yes have you found what you were looking for.
I hope mylot rectifies this if it is an error

The MyLot Search Bar is supposed to be powered by Yahoo. It doesn't work at all for Web searches for some people, though it does work for searching discussions. I believe that MyLot are aware of this and have been trying to solve the problem.
Perhaps GoAskAlice will be able to give us an update on where they are with this issue.

I didn't knew that mylot search bar is powered by yahoo. Well if that is the case, these words when searched on yahoo does gives you some result but on mylot it doesn't.
will wait for goaskalice to see this discussion and give some update..

Unfortunately I have no new news on this subject. It hasn't been forgotten though!
