eat much less weight

hi friends, i like eating. but i hate fatty body . i m not interested to do exercise. i cannot use tablets for reducing weight? what can i do?????????? help me. i like to eat snacks. i like potatoes, butter, cheese etc..........

It actually depends on your body which diet responds well, but usually, lesser carbs is better. since you like to eat, what you can do is to eat constantly but at VERY SMALL SERVINGS. You can't have heavy meals, and lessen the carbs. The principle behind this is you make you metabolism run continuously by eating small amounts. It takes some getting used to and requires a lot of discipline. Good Luck

I would advice 5 meals a day. try to stop eating 5 hours before sleeping. If you don't want to do exercise, Try doing household chores. Movement will get you slim.

All my dieting attempts never resulted in a lower weight if it did not include exercise. When I stopped exercising, my weight came back on quickly no matter how little I ate. The first time I gained more weight than I first lost, from 255 to 305. I did get down to 275 but my lack of discipline got me up to 295. Back to the drawing board ...

There are pills that can interfere with your body's ability to absorb fats. They have unpleasant side effects, of course, but if you want to lose weight without exercising or cutting down on food intake, there's your solution. There's also liposuction, if you're not afraid of ze knife.

That would be difficult for you if that's your purpose. I also like to eat and all my favorite food contains lots of fats in them. I had a body fat analysis last week and I was glad to know that my weight is still normal. But Im round a bit around the middle so I am trying to work out on that part. I hope I am also gonna be successful.

i would suggest that you include foods that are rich in fiber such as oats, cereals and fruits in your meal. it can really aid in proper digestion and weight loss. it worked for me. also just do not worry about your weight too much because the more you think about it the more that you will be more conscious. just have fun and take it lightly.
