Melting and oozing with cheese - Cheesy plate

I do love cheese too and my favorites are mozzarella cheese, cheddar and any quick melt cheeses. I love how they melt in my mouth and they really make my eating enjoyable. I love cheese in pizza and even in burgers, and pastas. I think eating will not be as delightful without cheese.

Cathedral City cheddar and crumbly Cheshire cheese get my vote. I cant stomach Brie and I dont like insipid, tasteless cheeses.
