1. Don't drink soda and ice tea. 2. Drink 8 cups of water everyday. 3. Enjoy One, Two, or Even Three Yogurt-Based Smoothies a Day. 4. Avoid juice drinks. 5. Drink coffee, not coffee drinks. Check out: http://health.yahoo.net I love Yogurt drinks, they're the best! Drinking soda, ice tea and juice drinks are really not good because of the tons of sugar it contains. So, let's all drink to health!!! :)

Fat belly not good for health.Avoid Sugary liquids - Fat belly cause laziness and diabeter.Avoid.
ya i agree those sugary drinks to cause fats to develop.Avoid them is good advice for general slimming,beside exercising and such.I think like 2 liters of water daily because i sweat alot,and i often work outside environment.I drink and wee alot,it helps to cool down the body.Beside reducing sugary water or soda drinks i also save money in long term. Water cause is almost zero while sugar soda waters cause money.

Hi Kukueye, Thanks for posting this picture here. No way that i will wait for this "belly" before i take seriously lessening my intake of soda, juices and iced tea. cheers to a healthy and fit belly.

Coffee is antioxidant. It is generally good for you. I dont see why that should have any effect on belly fat whatsoever. I think ice tea that is unsweetened should be fine. I dont think soda whether it is regular or sugar free is particularly good for you.

hi santosmarichris, dont worry about me i does not take any of the items you ,my intake of water is more than 5 ltrs daily,neither i drink soda and ice tea,instead of yogurt,we are taking curd food,and avoiding juice drinks,evertime and everyday i am taking healthy food and less food only,i will see what is in your link,have a nice day

I thankfully don't have belly fat but that is probably because I drink mostly green iced or hot tea everyday and all day. If I make iced tea its with the sun outside and no sugar is ever added. Its all natural teas, tasty and thirst quenchy.

i just made a green tea for myself just now. i don't usually do this. and i came across this topic. seems like this a sign from Above that i need to drink green every day to lose my belly fat. ha ha.

oh yeah.. i agree with it!i dont like to drink soda and ice drinks.i prefer cold drinks but not the ice one.i love to drink juices. i mean homemade juices as i can control the sugar intakes.personally i dont like coffee or caffeine drinks thats for sure.overall the plain white water is the top of the list and best of the best water to drink as the way out of belly fat.:)

I can not stand sugar in my iced tea. Im not familiar with yogurt drinks. But i do know that yogurt has tons of stuff in it and has been proven not to be helpfull in losing weight. I can not even tolerate eating yogert even if i wanted to. Only the plain stuff and i add my own fruit.

Hi Santos, THanks for this friendly reminder. I just love drinking juice, soda and icedtea. I will try to lessen my intake of these fluids and increase my glasses of water everyday until. I am a consistent yogurt-lover/eater. I will try to have it on a daily basis.

..Hi there santosmarichris, Thank you for going to the trouble of giving us these helpful hints to losing belly fat. I think you mean eight glasses of water instead od cups, but lots of water should really help by flushing the fat, that was how I used to lose weight all over. Much, much water, cut the sugar, lessen the salt and no white bread. Thanks so much again for your good advice. Take care.

Good suggestion but still very hard for me to do. I seldom drink soda but my alternative is iced tea or fruit juices, which are still not good to drink. I think I'll just stick with regular exercise.

santosmarichris, If I may just add here to the first point - it would be NO to all fizzy soft drinks the colas, sodas, pops and sweetened refreshments. Studies have shown that their sugar contents are just way above recommended and health regulated levels. They are also responsible for the current rise of diabetes amongst children. I have belly fat because I have had tweo children and was left with it after giving birth. However I do not drink any carbonated drinks but I should be drinking more water as a way to supress my hunger.

I also love yogurt. But before i though it's increase the belly fat but as you mentioned about the benefit so i will take it. And worm water with lemon is also very helpful for healthy body. Though i don't like it. Thanks for your sharing!
