I will eat something little not like a full meal. Just a lite snack. Ive tried to ignor the hunger before but it just gets worse and keeps you from sleeping.

Keeping yourself clean by washing through out the day should keep away yeast and/or smells. Unfortunately some females dont know any better. I sometimes wear boxers under a dress. At one time i would have said eye for a eye, tooth for a tooth, life for a life. But that was before my daughter murdered someone. I believe she was mentally unstable before during and after the murder, and still is.

It seems to keep very well on the shelf. Even for extended periods of time. Once when i was making grilled cheese sandwiches my grandson said to put peanut butter on it. That was kind of tricky.
