I think that is true of most berveages. Especially the ones that contain caffene. Some people even say that caffene is like a laxitive to them. I do notice that if im thirsty and drink water that doesnt happen.

Read the ingredients. If you can not pronounce it dont eat it. It is so easy to get cheese and macaroni and make it from scratch. Or Scallop Potatoes, Potatoes Agrautn. I would not call that an obsession. You are just being economical. Some people act like they never heard of an electric bill. Or do aload of clothes with only 2-3 pieces of laundry. Thats just crazy!
