How do you relax after a long work?

Me, after a quick shower, I grab my favorite snack, and watch my favorite tv show until I fall asleep. haha... Or I will give a friend a call. It usually relaxes me when I get to talk to someone on the phone cause it takes my mind off any stressful events that happened during the day. :)

I usually have a long time in the bath tub with many herbals gels and body shampoos, then I will go in the room to put a horror movie and watch it all alone, I will never to touching the mobile phone or anything else which can distract me, sometimes when there are no movies then I will grab a book.

I think when you have a long long work day , when you go home you have ti give a long shower and the to sit on the computer to relax with preview four facobook , or your email , or to play some stupid games in internet. The other ideas to ralax after work is to go sleep , this is the best medicament to relax . If you have a pool , go your water mattress and relax in the water.

I agree with you about the shower. When you are tired nothing refreshes you like the long shower, in the winter a long hot shower, in the summer a long cool shower it loads you for the whole day, of course you can relax in front of the computer and the internet and take a little nap. I think that is enough to feel better after a long long day. A swimming pool can also do the work. You can swim, you can bake your body and feel awesome.

Depends on the time of the day, but this makes me relax at anytime of the day. I live in a tropical country so keeping the heat out definitely works. First, take a shower, turn on the aircon, get your fave instant cup noodles and ice-cold milk tea, while playing psp, nds, or just read a book with as minimum light as possible. oh, and spray the room with a relaxing scent after finishing the noodles.

Well, since I'm now a lady of leisure and don't have to work, I'm not sure I'm qualified to answer this question! But since I'm extremely opinionated I'm going to anyway! haha Seriously, when I was working full time it would honestly depend on the time of year and what was going on. For instance, going to one of my kids ball games was a good time, especially baseball. Grab our lawn chair and/or a blanket and the ice chest and head out to the ball park. All the mom's and dad's are friends so there was lots of laughter. (I miss it since the kids are all grown-can't wait for the grandkids to start playing) In the summer time, the pool was (and still is) a favorite hangout. Wintertime I love curling up with a good book
