Is depends on your body. if this is the first time that you go into exercise, it promises to be difficult. But if this your daily routine, it would be easier.

I found that it gets harder....Confused!?.....It got harder for me, because as I built up my muscle tone and my stamina, I actually ended up working harder. You do, however, gain more confidence in your abilities and you learn to work with the endorphins. That "good" feeling at the end of a workout, comes EVERY time and you learn to chase that.

Yes, it does get easier because the body gets used to it. Exercise is supposed to be a daily thing, something as vital as food. The problem is, some people can't make it part of their lifestyle and they never get to make exercise a natural event in their lives. It does hurt at the beginning, but then after a few months, the body gets adjusted and everything will be normal.

The point of exercise is that it is tough. You probably realize the validity of "no pain no gain". If it is easy, then you won't lose weight will you? If it's easy, then there wouldnt be any overweight people in the world, right? I'm sort of in the same situation as you…second year of college and I'm out there lifting like 50 pounds…what most other guys did when they were 13. But what I've learned is that at the gym PEOPLE DON'T CARE. Sure you may get looks but most people will think positively about you that you're trying to change yourself for the better. And hell, even if they did care…who cares? You're there to help yourself and nothing else. Go again tomorrow and start slow. Even if it's just walking, it's better than sitting at home eating… These sort of things take time. Make sure you do something, even a little bit, every day, and also at the same time trim your diet….a lot. No 1000 calorie meals

Well if you have not been exercising for a long time and you start with tough ones your body will definitely hurt. You could try to do stretching exercises daily and cardio workouts once or twice a week. Also jogging or power walk could help to train your body. As your body gets used to the workouts it'll get easier, less painful and you'll fell much better. Goodluck to you.

u'll get used to it in time! u must have enough warm ups before you start any of your exercise or cardio activities to prevent spasms. it may hurt in the start but soon it will be nothing just be consistent in what you do but don't do it too much because it'll be bad for you. enjoy your activity! =)

Exercising is easy if you make it fun. Exercise how you want to and do what you want to when it comes to exercising. Best thing to do: Walking, jogging, bike riding (if you have a bike), swimming, dancing, yoga, martial arts, lifting weights, just do things that make you feel good. If you don't want to do it, then don't. There are some things in exercising that are difficult, but you have to challenge yourself.

As others have said, start slow and build up. It will get easier as time goes by and you resume your regime. It took time to get out of shape; getting back in shape won't happen overnight. Hang in there!

it doesn't have to be hard. just go at your own pace and do what you can.

Hi, Why dont you try simple brisk walking every day.It is not at all difficult and can be very beneficial in many respects.Other than loosing weight it also makes your muscles and other parts more flexible and you enjoy walking which makes you go through different parts and become one with nature instead of being cooped up inside your house. I walk an hour each day either in the morning or evening and am able to maintain my weight and also loose a little .I feel that brisk walking is the best form of exercise that one never gets fed up of - all the best and happy mylotting

It will be easy once you started off, but make sure to do stretching for a few minutes before exercising. Some people forgot to do some stretching and end up having muscle pains. Before I do jog everyday but I stopped for several months and now I'm starting to do it again, and the first time is really hard but eventually you will get used to it.

I agree that a lot depends on your body. I have to ask how old are you? Because as we get older, it's harder to bounce back. Since my daughter was born 16 years ago after the pregnancy from you-know-what, my body stopped responding as it should. When I exercise anymore instead of improving my stamina and strength, I actually lose it. I have been to see doctors about this. One told me I had fibromyalgia, which explains a lot of the pain I feel but not why exercise doesn't work for me the way it used to. I'm in my 50s now and permanently disabled which makes it even harder. Find out what is happening with your body. See your doctor and take it a little slower. As we age, we don't bounce back like we used to. (Getting old ain't for sissies!)

When it comes to exercising, its only as hard as you make it. In my opinion it's all about puting yourself in the positive habbit of working out. Yeah, you'r going to be sore and tired and sometimes you'r not going to want to follow through. This is where setting goals come in play. Setting smaller goals will allow you to reach them faster allowing you to pat yourself on the back. However don't set weight loss or exercising goals too low because then your going to want to slack on them. Self drive is ultamately what it's up to. So incourage yourself :D
