Each and every individual knows the importance of yoga. Inspite of bieng aware from the significance of yoga each individual in not doing yoga. Can we think that the person who is not doing yoga is not loving his family? If he loves his family then he want to live longer for the survival of his family. But then also if he is not doing yoga then what is the reason behind that?

There are other forms of exercises to choose from. All these aim to help every individual achieve a healthier body. Thus, making yoga compulsory is not necessary. As for me, I am interested in yoga. It's just that I don't know how to do it.

Yes definitely Yoga is good for us. But in my case I don't have time to this, we all know it needs self discipline to do is. But it doesn't mean I don't love my family. Maybe someday I will use Yoga when I find time, I hope it will not be too late for me.

Why should yoga be compulsory for those who are healthy and happy with their circumstances? Yoga borders on religion and one I don't agree with at that, so I am not at all interested. Do you really believe that a person who is not doing yoga does not love his family?? that's close minded.

Nothing should be compulsory. It should be up to the individual how he or she wants to spend his or her spare time. I've just got back from a yoga lesson myself, and I find it very beneficial, but no way would I ever use force to make someone practise yoga who doesn't want to - that's totally immoral.

I absolutely agree, yoga is well known around the world but very few people actually knows the true benefits of it. Yoga is one of the few ways to do so simply because yoga relies on the body’s own mass and not artificially added weight which may be injury causing for infants. By providing a physical release, yoga is proven to reduce mental stress. This will lead to lowered number of tantrums and a better night sleep for your young ones. I guess he doesn't do it himself simply because of laziness or time constraints.
