A Set Sleeping Time

When I sleep, I can't help but sleep around the same time every night. Example: I go to sleep at 12am I can only seem to sleep at 12am. To change this set time, I have to stay up even longer or wake up early. I really do wonder if anyone else has this problem because it seems to only afflict me.

This does not happen to me. I wish my case is the same as yours. It would be really convenient for me to be able to sleep at the same time every night. I am a bit of an insomniac. It is hard for me to sleep. It takes hours before I get to sleep.

It's your body clock working. My standard sleeping time is 11pm and my standard wake-up time is 5am. Even with my alarm clock off during weekends, i will still wake up at 5am.

12am is late for me. I am usually getting ready for bed around 930 or 10 the latest. I have to get up at 6am and need to be ready for a full day at the office.
