I have started doing my Christmas shopping already! I am so pleased with what I found! Designer clothes at 80 percent off and boy are they so chick! They are my gifts for my sisters. I am pretty sure they will love it! Okay I have a long list still but one at a time ...one bargain deal at a time lol I bought them on ebay and they are brand new. So I am gonna keep them and at the end of November I'll be wrapping them one by one and place them under the tree! I am so excited! :) I am saving loads of mooolah by nuying online and hunting for great bargains than rushing about to the store in December when prices are so high...how about you peeps? Did you start buying already?

Bless your heart for being to do so. This will be the first Christmas ever that I will disappoint so many including myself. I am not able to afford much of anything and am not sure how I can handle being festive without gifts. This has been on my mind for 2 months now. I am working online round the clock anywhere between 15 - 18 hours a day and just can't seem to get anywhere. I make 2 bucks and then 10 have to be spend on an unexpected necessary expense. Okay I feel hum bug now.

oh wow you work awfully a whole lot, you should be earning more than I do. But ya know girl sometimes when money ain't there the biggest gift you can give someone is the warmth of your presence and by letting them know that you care.

Yeah, I plan on doing just that, since I am a great cook I plan on planning a special dinner. Just hope they all truly understand that I am unable to be the normal me this time around. Well if they don't then it will be sad, but at least I will know their sincerity.

Aww.. I envy you! I also love Christmas Shopping but I do it in malls. Though I prefer to buy gifts earlier than the rest, I always end up having the last-minute shopping with all the hassle. Anyway, can you give me some tips regarding this? You said that you buy stuff from ebay. How much did you spend for an item?

You enroll at ebay in your country. then you just type the word of the item in the space bar and then go through them. I buy the ones that are brand new but that are very cheap and also still of good quality. there are lots of things you can buy that are not pricey. also if you possible look at the seller's other items that you like so you can combine the shipping and save on the shipping and handling fees.

I hope you go on ahead and start buying bit by bit until you complete your list lol! you save more by buying early and taking advantage of sales.

Yep, I am with you candy and have started buying bits too..but then I always start my gift hunt early. I tend to buy things as and when I see them, otherwise it comes close to Christmas and invariably can't find an appropriate present for someone so end up just buying 'something'. If I see something that I feel is right for a particular person then I will buy it there and then , no matter the month, and just put it away....my biggest problem is remembering just where I have stashed all these early gifts! :o)

I shop whenever I can find a good deal, but I have to think carefully about it. Some of the people on my list are really hard to buy for. I have a few things already and feel like I'm staying organized about it. I need to make a few gifts, too, but have all the materials and patterns for that, I just have to get busy with it. It seems like more and more, I have Christmas on my mind when I look through catalogs or sites like Amazon or eBay. The earlier we start the less it's going to cost us because we can look for the best deals, I totally agree!

Well, I start picking things up for Xmas nearly every summer, usually from June onwards, when there are plenty of bargains around. I have even been known to buy stuff in January, right after Xmas has ended. Then there are huge bargains to be found! I simply have to hide them away until the following year. _Derek

I'm not yet buying anything. I'm still thinking of what to give to my nephew and nieces. Believe me, they're too many. Also I was thinking of my parents' anniversary, so I really don't know what to prioritize right now. My mom gives money on Christmas. I'm thinking if I'll give them anything or just let my mom be the one to provide the gifts. I'll be able to save that much, if that happens.

I have not but will definitely do it in a months time because I want to get it started. I am usually busy by December especially in my sons school events. So I want to make sure I get everything squared off so that by the time December gets here, I am very much available to focus more on my son than other things. I vowed to spending more time with my son because time flies so fast and he is just getting older so fast I have to balance my time between work and my family.

It is just right to do your shopping even as early as September. The farther the December is the lower the price of Christmas stuffs like Christmas trees, Christmas decorations, gifts and others.

Yes I too already have a few presents bought in the sales, the speed that time flies today I think we need to start early. I run a small business sending personalised Santa Letters and I have already reaceived dome orders from previous year's customers.

There are many advantages of early Christmas shopping. First and foremost, there are many stuff on SALE! =D As December draws near, new arrivals come out and they are expensive. Next, you can spread your expenses for several months, which you would otherwise be spending in one lump. Another thing is that you get to avoid the holiday rush. There are many other benefits, and so I'm glad you already started shopping. =)

I never started shopping for Christmas yet and since it was ber month I think it's too early for me to do that. Since I been saving my money also for my son birthday this coming December.lol. Maybe I start buying when I have more money left and I guess in December have a lot of discounts and a huge sales. :)

Not intentionally but I have lol I bought a Disney DVD set for my Dad about Walt Disney (with my Disney Movie Reward Points). Last week I was at Target and found some toys 80% off that are perfect for my nephew so I scooped up a few. I have already started looking at the gift cards we will be cashing out for the other kids in the family. We have a ton of people to buy for the the free and cheap gifts are the way to go in our house.

I am just beginning to think of who is on my Christmas shopping list this year. i have bought a few things already. I am always looking for a great bargain! What better way to look for one than to be Christmas shopping for someone you care so much about. I try not to wait for December to roll around to do most of Christmas shopping. That can be just a bit too hectic!

No I have not gone Christmas shopping yet, but I think that I will start soon so that I can get deals because yeah when Christmas comes around things can be expensive oh, but during black Friday I know that there will be a lot of good deals so I think that's when I will shop too. Still the problem with that is that on that day I like to go to Wal-Mart, but it's always so full and last time people started to fight over things I better be careful this year though. I love to shop though so I will be sure to get there early to buy many cheap things, yeah. Shopping is always fun it's something that I love to do and I enjoy Christmas shopping for others and myself too. Wow though you do start early though you are way ahead of the game right now very good.

How I envy you that you already have money to burn as early as now! I'm doing MyLot double and even triple time so that I can save more money in preparation for the Christmas season. Last year, Christmas was so sad because we had financial crisis that we didn't buy a single gift (except for 3 exchange gifts, one for each of my 3 kids that is being required in school). I'm doing everything that I can now to earn more money to prevent the repetition of that awful scenery. Now that Cash Gopher is now live, I hope that site and MyLot will help me have a merrier Christmas 2010 and in the years, decades and even centuries to come.

Good for you; you don't have to rush anymore. I'll be waiting for my husband's 13th month pay so I can buy gifts for my family. Actually I couldn't afford to buy for others because I'll use the money for a house renovation and buy also some things that can be useful like a home gadget. And I have a son who's in college now; expenses are getting very high.

Wow! Your discussion made me excited about Christmas, lol. Your such a sweet sister! Here, when it's already 'ber' months, people are already preparing for Christmas. Lot's of Christmas decorations and you can also hear Christmas songs on the radio. Mmm, I want to start Christmas shopping too. Hope you have a nice day!
