Well....I am in this and this city...i am suffering from cold and cough...i got this and that as new pet...do you think people are so much free to discuss such unimportant affairs at the public sites?....for the people having vast business it maybe working to some extent....but what about you...are you kind of too much social person or you like to have few contacts on your mail and chat list..where u can share many deeper things....do u feel there is any sense in such superficial relations?...what god things you have achieved through these sites let me know....any single friend...that you think you were missing and couldn't live without?...can u share?

There are people out there who literally have nothing in their lives outside of Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, so on. Isolation is epidemic in today's societies as jobs force us away from our extended families while our nuclear families splinter from the stress of 15 plus hour days at work to pay for basics as taxes rise. taxes, Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, basic needs, people, life, computers, internet, loneliness,

That is always a good idea. Yet even for the relatively close by friends and family, some just thirty miles away, there are long distance toll charges on the telephone. Snail mail gets more expensive every year as well. I do send a fair bit of it, especially when I send large amounts of data, I send it on CD's or DVD's of digital keepsake scrap books. For just a letter, letters are sent to those with out computers, but computers allow you to add things like animations to your letters which add personality. (I'm an artist) Gas is also very expensive. - I am a shut in as well do to a disability, so that adds a whole new meaning to who is and who isn't far away.

u are right crafty...but don't u think that instead of these false or far away friends...we can do something to our real closer ones...write a mail to them? or call them?

hi eshaan I am not on Twitter and I do not do much on facebook but I have plenty of time as I am retired. I spend almost all my time on mylot. I have made a lot of friends here from all over the globe andno its not superficial to me, as I have been here for three years and still have almost all the old friends here I had when starting out. I take it you don't think much of any social site so why make your self miserable. No one forced you to go to facebook or here at mylot. The good things I have achieved here is making e nough to pay my internet cable bill each and every month. this is a great thing for me. I have at twenty super good friends I missed a lot when I was out of mylot for 11 months.Yes mylot has been very good for me and I am staying here.

Hello eshaan, I am not a member of either of these sites. I don’t think I will share my personal feelings in any of the social sites. Even in mylot too I will avoid very personal queries. Infact I am an introvert person and keep away from the social sites. But I know people are different and some are happy to share their private life in public.

I am a member of Twitter which I never use and I log on to Facebook every now and again but I am certainly not active there. Quite frankly I don’t see the point of updating social sites with every move I make because it makes very boring reading and honestly I don’t have the time or the inclination. A lot of people clearly love this type of socialising’ as for me I prefer MyLot! It is here that one can have more meaningful discssions...

Hi! eshaan, nowadays almost everybody young and old are in facebook. In fact whenever i go i could hear people talk about news in twitter and farms in facebook. I just joined facebook late than the other members of the family because i became curious and a lot of my friends are inviting me. Though i am already in facebook, i am still that kind of person who selects friends to add. I only limit my account to relatives and very close friends whom i really trusts. Twitter, i have heard bad reviews of twitter here in my place. More celebrities are quarreling because of things posted in twitter. Well i don't know if i ever sign up to this site. I am not a very public person and i want to reserve more of me from people i don't know so much.

I have a facebook account, just to keep in touch with old friends, international and those who have moved to a different school. I visit my page everytime I get a computer, a quick peek, accept a friend invite, respond to a message if need be - then head straight to myLot.
