How do you get energy?

When I was very little, I remember being pretty energetic. But now, I am very lethargic and easily fatigued. Especially in the sun, I become easily tired. Are you the very energetic type? Is there anyway to create energy or are you just born with it or conditioned to it?

I don't know how old you are or it you are male or female, but I would look first toward your diet. Unless you are aged or have a health problem you should not be easily fatigued.

I do have a lot of emotional problems after some events in my life... I know that it is a big factor, but I still want to get the energy back.

Good old vitamins. I personally take centrum performance one a day. They really do help. A cup of coffee never hurts either. Also there's something about a vegetarian omlet made with morningstar sausage that creates energy in me. I'm not a vegetarian..but those are yummy :)

Seems like vitamins are the key. Thanks for the input.

hi lore and where is Data? hehe I am not very energetic now but I used to be and now I am taking multivitamins and calcium daily I do have more energy. nOw all I need is a good leg again but thats another story. also are you getting your five to nine servings of fruits and veggies? and are you getting your 8 hours of sleep these things will help you greatly. You should also have a complete check up with your doctor aS there may be a reason you donot have energy. If you for example are anemic you will tire easily but your doctor can prescribe iron pills for you and boy' they really do help for energy. anemia just makes you tire so easily.

So many people asked me about Data... I just looked it up, it says something about Star Trek, is that what it is? Haha, sorry, I didn't know! I haven't gone to a check up for a while, darn, I guess, I should. I do get a lot of sleep but I don't know if I eat 5 to 9 servings... I do eat it at least once a day. Thanks for the tips.

I've heard that to create energy you have to make it or keep at it, is that what you mean? I guess, I have to push myself until it becomes normal?

I am the energetic kind by nature, but I go through months of just not wanting to do anything and being very, very tired. I get my energy from some place within, I think. Maybe my soul or something. Also, I get it from COFFEE! Seriously! Coffee keeps me up and will suddenly make me so alert it is ridiculous. It doesn't help with any kind of focus, though, but if you just need to be alert, coffee is your man. Haha :)

You don't have to change your mind set or anything to get energy? I guess, maybe you just have it in you, huh? Sigh... coffee makes me jittery. I guess I should take some vitamins or something. Thanks for the tips.
