A friend of mine who claim himself anti - Halloween. He hates Halloween, and he doesn't go out during the Halloween day every year. Even though the kids come by his house, he simply keep the door shut, and not wanting anyone to bother him. Once my other friends and I come by his house and dress in costume. He just told us to hang around for while, but he won't come out with us, nor he would go anywhere. He told that day just waste of time to shop for costume and pay for those candies. I don't know about his story, but I knew a couple of my co - workers also not fond of Halloween day too. So, do you know anyone who is anti - Halloween?

Like other Christians here, I don't celebrate it. I don't mind giving candy at the door because I hate to disappoint eager kids, though I'd prefer not to. A lot of people, especially very young children, tend to love it, because it's a time to have fun, and not really to get into the scary part of it much. They get to dress up and get treats and light fireworks. Nonetheless, the theme is a no-no for me.

No, I don't know people who are anti-Halloween, I mean really against it.I know people who dislike the commercial part of the Halloween. They hate buying things because they don't have enough money.I know people who hate Christmas, in my cousin's family they don't buy Christmas stuff at all.We all can choose how to react, accept or not accept things.

No, I am not, but I did not really celebrate though. I just buy some candies at home for the trick and treat.

Halloween is mostly the funnest for kids but a lot of adults like to get in costume and go to halloween parties and get drunk. I want to go to a halloween thing at a local bar but I have to watch my sisters kids so I cant. Halloween is a holiday that was started by the pagans so very christian people sometimes do not celebrate this holiday. A friend of mine was like that.

My nieces father. He calls himself a baptist, but he's a huge hypocrite. One Halloween my nieces cut out paper pumpkins and bats and taped them to the windows. He made a big deal about it...Some people don't celebrate Halloween because it's pagan, but most people celebrate Halloween because it's just plan fun. There are some people who are aware of the holidays origin and some people that don't and just celebrate it because it's a tradition. I don't have a problem with Halloween, it's one of my favorite "holidays".

My parents are. They say halloween glorifies evil. For me, it's just an ocassion where I see cute kids in costume.
