Do you have many active referrals? are you able to get referrals easily ?

I have seen that the maximum earners in any site are those with a good many number of active referrals.One of the member got paid a sum of $425 on neobux just because he had 100 + referrals working under him...I for one have absolutely no referrals anywhere, and, even the ones I had on review sites are not very active...so mine's a one man/woman show...I find that some people have the knack of collecting and keeping their referrals....what do you all say?
Are you able to get referrals easily and more importantly are they all active and contributing towards your income ?

I envy those people who have many referrals. I only have 2. But one of them is not active. I'm trying to promote my link on the internet. I'm having a hard time to find those people who love to join in a site like this. I joined neobux but I have no referrals at all. It's so hard to reach the minimum amount without people working on you. Have a nice day ahead kiran!

Hi champoy, I am not sure if anyone is able to retain and earn from their referrals for a long time.I had a few referrals here who vanished after a while and now I know that they haave come back under different names and accounts...lol, so it is best not to depend on anyone, and do your bit ! all the best and happy mylotting

I think you are right kiran. It would be better if you do it on your own. Let's not depend on other people to earn more money. You are not assured how long they will be active. You are such a good friend. Have a nice day ahead!

I am not good at getting referrals too and it is a one person show for me as well. 
I really envy those who have a lot of people as their downline. lol...
I tried sites like getref and targetref but there too not many offers were available for Indians so there too I wasn't quite lucky.
Lucky are those who get referrals easily. Getting your family and friends to join is easy but my friends and family members are not much into online earning so again I am on my own in internet earning.

Hi pareek, I understand how it is ! unless your referral too is as interested as you are , it is difficult to expect them to stay on. Many of them register and make a couple of posts and then see that it takes a long time to get paid, so leave the site altogether...thanks a lot for your response and all the best

Yes it's really hard to get active referrals; what i do nowadays is i rent referrals that another way of gettting active referrals.
By renting referrals you can change the inactive ones whenever u want to.

I simply have not done referrals. I just haven't messed with it. But I did put some links up on another social site and somehow ended up with one referral on inbox! That was cool and I was excited. So today I finally put some banners up here on my mylot profile page. And I noticed I now have 2 referrals at inbox! So I don't have very many yet, but at least i started working towards something... so go check out my profile! lol!

Hi there, i think we have a same problem.
Sadly, i have not get referrals yet in mylot. so far i just can get active referrals in trekpay. I also have active refs in neobux but recently he didn't active anymore. I hope i will get active referrals here. Good luck for you.

Hi icecubic, Keep trying and you may be successful in getting a few referrals !so far as I am concerned having no referrals has not made any difference to me. I do my work when I have the time and am happy with whatever I earn. In fact now I have stopped trying to look for referrals - thanks a lot for your views and all the best

Hi csabi,No doubt that one can really earn well when there are many active referrals. I have some friends who get the bulk of their online earning through referrals. But as you say most of us are unable to do so, and thats why I too feel that it is a knack being able to do that - all the best and happy mylotting

this kind of referral builds in time not all referral r good i have started with rented referral so i would get some good earning stat there but in time i will grow my direct referral system to grow fast and earn a lot

I have quite a lot of referrals here on myLot, but there is always a problem in keeping them active. I have messaged them and tried encouraging them, but one or two will become active for a few short days, and then will stop again. I find it hard to understand why people will join a site and then not put in the effort to earn money, but I guess that is what working on line can be like. Just have to keep moving on and staying optimistic I guess.

Hi derek, that's the problem everyone faces.In fact, I was working under someone else on a couple of sites but gave up after a while because I was not too comfortable working there and felt that my efforts were wasted - such a thing can happen with anyone.One has to get accustomed to and also feel good interacting to be active continuously - all the best and have a great evening

Hi yugasini, it is not necessarily gender based, you need to have a certain amount of practice and tact to manage referrals, thats what I feel, which I guess I dont have ...I joined kooday and have been inactive ever since I joined it because I never fund it interesting.Thanks a lot for the offer and all the best

i just dont have that talent of getting referrals. it is surely luck for me if ever i get one. i wanted to work on other sites as well, it just seems impossible as of the moment because of time constraint. although i know i will not get rich from here i still love mylot because it doesnt stress me out and it does not pressure me.

Sometime in the next few months I am going to join this program called Wealthy Affiliate. It costs some money to invest in because it is marketing classes for online earning. I've witnessed my own personal gain when I was trying it out. I know people who've made a good living after completing their program. Without a few active web sites and diligent work ethic the number of referrals needed to earn cannot be obtained.

It's problem with me. I do not promote my link ref and my blog. That why i have only 3 or 5 direct ref, and they're not active at all.
One way to have active ref is refback for them. No active, no refback. Any one need to make money, they need, we have money,they active, we pay , they stop, we stop too. I see much people do that and it work.

i don't really have any referrals although i really could do with some, this seems to be a good way to increase your money, shame i don't know anyone that will go onto the sites that i am on.

I don't have many referrals myself, but most of them arn't active anyway... its good if you have loads of referrals that are active as it will give you money for their earnings too, but its not easy to get them or have them post.. not all people want to keep posting which is why some referrals don't get you any more money than you would get without them.

Hi joey, when I first joined mylot I had 2 active referrals , who left within month and after that I dint bother getting any new referrals. I agree that it is not easy to get active referrals, thats why I feel that it is better to do whatever little you can and be happy with what you earn through your own efforts - all the best and have nice day

When I was active in promoting a few money making sites I did quite well at getting referrals but too often was the case that a referral would end up quitting too soon. As such I can honestly say for every 10 referrals I got maybe 1 would remain active, which is very much the case of the referrals I have on here, just a handful are active and I am very grateful to them for that.

Hi tdc, thanks a lot for your response , mine is almost a similar case where I had 3-4 referrals here, and out of them one was active for a while. Now I have given up on them since none of them are active. It is good that you have active referrals here and elsewhere as well ! All the best and happy mylotting

It might be easy to get few referrals by personal emails, phone calls, but the real problem is to keep them active, for example if one is not active in neobux, he/she gets deleted
I am in neobux, but no referrals..

Thats very true professor ! We have to be active and set an example for our referrals to be active . But as you say it is not easy to get referrals who are active and even if they are they may stop being active after a while ..thanks a lot and all the best

I am also like you. I have no refferls. Once I wrote two articles in Triond about and insert my referral links in it. It worked a bit. I got referrals through my articles. But unfortunately they are not active.

Hi john, I think you should give it a try , and it might work , or at least get your friends and relatives to join under you !I am resigned to my single status online LOL, working alone is ok ! I have got used to it now. The only place where I have a few referrals is on Bukisa, but no one is active , so I make whatever little my article views fetch....all the best and happy mylotting

i have a few referrals here in mylot but they are not active. come here once in awhile only. is hard to have active referrals bcs the most part of people work outside home and when arrive home are tired and want to sleep. is very hard to have referrals that are active. it has to be us working hard. only moms that take care of kids maybe are active here bcs have to stay home and need to get distracted sometimes.

Hi sweetlove, I agree with you partly because there are many working people posting here. For them , including me it is a form of relaxation and interaction with friends on line. But as you say it is difficult to have active referrals all the time - all the best and happy mylotting
