A dear friend of mine, who used to be my college sweetheart sent the link to this song to my gmail. Since he knew that I am already married, he can not post it to my fb wall to avoid controversies, as he'd put it. I've been ignoring some of his calls and text and now that pc is broken, there's no way he can reach me. He said this song is too close to what he feels... Flattering, but , it isn't right anymore...So, I even ignore his email with this link... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qqwLjkqj8Gw&feature=related But, I AM ENJOYING LISTENING TO THIS MUSIC. EVEN PLAYING IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN.IT MAKES ME FEEL THAT I AM NOT ALONE....I am grateful to him for making my day and my nights, too.:) How about you, guys, any song in mind for an ex? Have a happy Sunday everyone.

Hi sweetie. Nice song. Such a shame the 2 of you cannot be friends. And no, not friends as in a relationship. I don't have a song for an ex, but as i know myself it will probably be a b#tchy one. TATA.

Hi, dear.:) Oh, we had our chance but we're not just meant for each other. Though he is still single, I have no plans of having that illicit affair with him.LOL. But of course, we can still be friends. In fact, we are friends.:) Which one, dear? I might get a hint from you.:)

Perhaps, but, I'd rather not considering that he used to be my ex. :) It will not going to be a pleasant encounter and I don't want to send him a wrong signal.... Song was great and even sounds greater now because it will reminds me of him.LOL

Hi euekafemme, The song you got is gift sent your ex friend. you wanted to ignore the person, but song is as attractive as you listen it and you feel that you are not alone. This is what you telling in your discussion that you are missing him and song is fulfilling his absence. He was your friend before your marriage, and now he is not. Your husband is your every thing, but the memories you left with your friends are also countable. He sent the song to recall the past and it is very difficult to forget our past. We should use to collect it by listening such type of music. It cause to finish the loneliness.

It is no doubt that friendship is greatest relation on earth, but as you are married, I advise to become your own friend, seek friendship in your hubby. I do not know the western culture, but I could say on basis of my personal experience that if a married couple become friend to each other they enjoy a successful life with tones of pleasure.

Hello, Sheen.:) He sent it to convey a message and yes, he said he is missing me. We had good times together but we did not last for more than a month.I wasn't prepared to have a relationship then,I couldn't handle being his girlfriend (or anybody's girlfriend) so, we broke up. We still are friends but I'm not as close as I used to be to him, for my hubby's sakes. I should give my husband some due respects a wife should give to a husband... even if... sigh... Listening to this song keeps me reminded that someone knows and values my worth. That I am being appreciated.:)

Hi Eurekafemme, I lived in an abusive marriage for longer than I should of. I understand how flattering something like this would feel. I actually did have guys that came forth and tell me that they had a crush on me in highschool and truthfully I had such a low self esteem, I was very surprised. Still, it made me feel good. I fantasized a lot on what it would be like to be with a man that treated me better than my husband did. I would not have cheated no matter what but I will tell you that a part of me wanted to and wished I wasn't such a "goody 2-shoes". I didn't act on my feelings and mainly because of my upbringing. I have no regrets on that now. I left that marriage a long time ago and the one thing that I was confident in was that I did not deliberatly do anything to break my vows or bring about the demise of the marriage. I was not without fault I'm sure because of course it always takes two. I can honestly say that my intent was always hopefully for the good of our marriage. Take this song and just add it to your confidence points. You obviously meant something to him.

I don't have an ex but I have a song that reminds me of someone. He is just a friend. This song was the song he would always request in radio stations and dedicate it for me. The song is With a Smile by Eraserheads. This band is from the Philippines.

Hi, Ip.:) I am very much familiar with this song. This is one of my faves among the E- heads songs. This is a great song, though to be dedicated to a friend. You must have been a very special friend to him, ei.:)

Listening to a beautiful song is always enjoyable, irrespective of the fact how you come to know about the song, either through an ex-friend or through a current friend.
