Personally, I do not drink milk anymore, maybe after I get old, I'll return drinking milk for my bone's benefit, lol! How about you?

Milk is a great source of calcium and vitamin D. It would actually make MORE SENSE for an older person to drink milk especially with osteoporosis and all that. And who could deny a nice cold glass of chocolate milk? (:

As a kid, I drunk a lot of milk and was talked about a lot for that, but at the same time, I couldn't play many sports with others because I was too much to handle (too big, too strong, and still growing). As an adult I am a big, strong busy guy since I am moving heavy stuff all day and went to lifting weights. Now, I drink so much of it that I treat a gallon of milk like a glass (I drink at least 2 a day). I still get picked on about it, but when one can demonstrate pulling an SUV without breaking a sweat, or snapping a brick in two with their hands (I have done both), it is usually justified. Maybe by the time I get old, I will be a normal adult, but right now, I am enjoying the inhuman beast.

I fell off the milk-wagon for a few years, but my New Year's Resolution this year was to start drinking milk regularly. Now I drink about two small glasses a day!

Personally, I do still drink milk. I still enjoy drinking it. I always have, and I don't think that this is about to stop. After all, it is good for our bodies and such.

Hi, I do not drink milk and I should say, I hate the milk smell. Feel like vomitting if I were to drink milk again. During my pregnancy, I forced myself to drink milk for that 9 months and lucky the Enfamama has chocolate flavour, after that 9 months over, No more milk for me. Although I know well at my age,I actually need to drink milk for stronger bone, but I just can't take the milk smell.

Yes, I do notice that I don't drink as much milk as when I was a young child. I think maybe I lost interest in drinking milk. Also because where I am from milk is really expensive to buy. So drinking a lot of it would be a real hit on me financially. But I do like to add a little bit of milk so some tea that I am drinking. It makes the tea taste better. I think maybe I will drink more when I get really old because I heard it helps with keeping bones healthy and strong.

Well I still have cereal special K each morning and drink about one 8oz cup a day. I go through a gallon about every 4 -5 days. If you are considering it for health reasons like to prevent bone loss you should do so now not when you are older, it may be too late then.

i drink fresh milk when i was little, i stop it when i went to college. i returned drinking milk when i got my first job, it was a night shift and i need more energy to be awake for the whole night. drinking milk is good for the health and make your bones strong as well as it helps you recover from a long night worked.

I love to drink fresh milk, but abhor the powdered kinds, for the exception of Nesvita though. I still stock milk in the fridge and my mother always has fresh milk at home.
