Are you healthy physically?how can you sustain it???/

According to World Health Organization, we must to ta2e 5 serv5ngs 6f fr45ts and 5 serv5ngs 6f vegetba3e 5n a day to be healthy and to sustain our body needs to fight deseases.However our lifestyle and financial status are barriers to these recommendation.our lifestyle these days affects our health also our lifespan.How can you sustain your body needs these days?what are the things you do to improve your health and to protect yourself from deseases?

I don't eat as many fruits and vegetables as I should, although I like them. It's a matter of making it a habit to eat more. I do exercise more now, although I can't do a lot of that. What we eat and how active we are seem to be the two areas that make the most difference in our health.

It doesn't cost anything more to maintain a healthy life style. However the first thing you want to look at is heredity. How long did your ancestors live? What did they die from? Be prepared for that! Go to the doctor and find out if you have any indicators for those conditions. Knowing before the onset of a condition will help regulate it in the future. Just going out for a walk once a day will help greatly. Hope this helps.
