Snow Snow and more ........

Snow
Well this Morning there was no snow ......2 hours later I looked out and well there where all the white Flakes, my Car was already white (normally metalic blue) the ground was starting to cover, what I did not get, during the Night it had been raining, I was always told that when it rains it wets the Ground to much for the Snow to settle well it has, I was amazed (I always am when the white Flakes fall)
I decided to get a bit of revenge on Gissi, so I told him he had to go out for wee wee he charged out the door, slid and looked at the Flakes coming down, he come charging back to the door which I had closed hehehehe, well he got really mad at me and he barked, I was laughing at him, then let him in, he looked like a Snow Dog hehehe
He ran and sat in front of the Fire, I told him that he did not have a wee wee and he just glared at me
Of course I made things worse by giving him a Bath after 
, he got really mad at me, I thought he might sit in front of the Fire but oh no the little Devil got on my Blanket, not his, mine, and rolled all over it, now if it had not been for the fact I had just bathed him I would have turned him into Snow Dog again 
It is 11.45pm here (late for me to still be up) and it is snowing again, we are expecting a lot more, it also looks like I will be traveling very slowly to my Son's and Daughters next week, I think a 3 hour Drive might turn into a 5-6 hours
Is it snowing where you are? Would like me to send Gissi to you? He does great back kicks in the Snow when you are behind him you know, he is a good shot to

hi dawn and Elic its raining, its pouring, might be a we t christmas here so Santa better get out his umbrella lol lol It is cold here about forty
five to fifty and d amp.bet Gissi would not like gettin his cute doggy fur all wet. brrrrr.

Well Hello there all 3 of you
Well we still have the Snow but no more Snow just yet I hope it holds of for now
Patsy, Gissi hates the Rain he will not go out in it lol and he is not to keen on the Snow either when Mum drops it him

My fun time is coming to end soon as I am still in TN, and the weather is very mild here. No snow, and in the upper 40's.
So next Tuesday, I head back to the harsh snow and 30 below zero back to IL.. I am finally feeling better so I will be enjoying this weekend outdoors somewhere, so at least I won't feel so bad getting back.
Stay warm, I would go there and take you some hot cocoa, but I am thinking it is way to cold for me.

I would suggest she sleeps with BOTH eyes open as Gissi is sure to strike revenge!!!

We got another dusting of snow this morning... we might have an accumullation of 2.5 cm (1") in places now... enough to look authentic but not so much as to worry about it. That's fine with me.
Make sure you take a blanket and flask of something hot with you on the drive in case the weather gets really nasty on your drive. Earlier this week, 300 people were trapped in their vehicles overnight in one spot in southern Ontario due to bad weather.

Hi Sweet,
Lol! you were telling me baout the little earlier today,I could just see him doing that, I did try to ring you back but maybe you were out or asleep, I've done what I had to do in town and got back, I looked like a snow woman, but it dod me good to get out, If you are getting great dollup of snow now, then we will be getting very soon as its not snowing here at the moment, by the way get to bed!!! you need your sleep, love and hugs.

Hun be careful when you are making the journey, it it is very bad, please don't go, but be safe, I hope you can go, drive safley and keep warm, love and hugs.

Hiya gabs,
That is funny and I bet he looked a real and proper Snow Dog too. So he rolled all over your Blanket instead of his. He is one smart little Fella too.
I would not mind having Gissi for three or four Hours but no more than that as I am not supposed to have animals of anykind here so it would have to be a very quick hello and goodbye sort of thing really.
I hope you all did get together anyway and had a really good time Gissi included. Night night my little Friend.

Oh he does look so funny there. Ready to shoot it out with the Snowballs (grin). I would love to play Snowballs but I would not throw them directly at him just to see if he would catch them and all that.
Does he play like that. My Dog did he was as daft as a brush really.

Yep is been snowing where I live too. Here is a funny story very similar to yours. except its about one of my cats. Snickers wanted out, he sat at the front door meowing up a storm. I opened up the door, he started out, stopped and backed up. It was snowing the wind was howling, he decided it was cozier inside. That was the first big snow for the season. He goes in and out now, he got used to it again. He does his best not to be caught outside all night. Its so nice to hear about Gissi being well and back to his fiesty self. Becareful out in the yucky weather.

No snow here yet, so Gissi would have a hard time to get me with a back kick of snow. I am sure he would find something or something. Creamery, my smallest cat, who looks like such a sweet baby, but he chases any stray cat or dog from our yard with a very fierce attitude. When it rains before snow here, we expect ice beneath the snow. It is rotten. Perhaps the snow will get stopped and the roads clear off a bit before you go see the kids. Be sure to tell them "Hi" for us.

We have set records for snowfall here and extreme cold for Dec. I would always love to have Gissi....and right now I am dog sitting for my granddog....they would have lots of fun together as Britt is also not very advertursome in this weather..I have taken her out twice today..and nothing. Maybe it's just to cold to wee wee! LOL

Hi gabs,,It has not snowed any here yet..It has been real cold rainy and freezing rain..My van was decorated with ice and icicles last thursday..I do not drive in snow..Be very careful driving to your sons and daughters.

sure send him here. coconut has been very lonely since lucy moved. its pretty chilly but no snow. in phoenix , az. except he'd probably miss his mum something awful and start biting me on the tush, only hard
you know coco does the same. she rolls around all over our covers on the bed after a bath unless i come and brush her right away. she loves brushed, but hates the baths. @JenInTN (27514)

I'd love to see Gissi in the snow....we are just getting over an ice storm here...lol...my chihuahua actually does a handstand when she potties...balances on her front legs and dticks her hind legs straight out..not working for her..she slipped and fell right on over to her side...thinking Gissi might not like it here right now..LOL

Wow, you are lucky gabs
i am from india, we don't have snow in most places,my place does not have ever, i have never seen snow in real, only in movies, wish i visit your place or atleast, Kashmir in north india where there is snow and play like kids, but my health is problem.

It doesnt snow in our place thats why I also wanted a white christmas. Maybe you are just used to the snow thats why you are not interested with it. Do not consider it as a badluck because not everyone gets to hold a snowball and play with it.

lol, Gissi can come here anytime. But he would not have snow to play in now as most of it has melted. I hope we don't get anymore for a while. It is cold though and the wind is bad most times. He would need a coat or sweater when going out here.

We are much more concerned with flooding. This is one of the times of year we really get it. It snows in the mountians and then we get a warm rain that melts is and the rivers and creeks just can't drain fast enough. We have a special plan to move the animals up the hill and stake them out, I hope that doesn't happen this years since we are so short handed.
