What I learned was Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT Tapping. This has freed me of so much stress that I use it almost every day, especially when I worry which is a useless habit that I have tried to break for years. Any who want more info on this look on the Internet. Happy New Year

Hi Pat; Thank you for the tip on EFT. Sure to be looking it up. Sounds interesting. Probably the best thing I learned or rather relearned or was reminded heavily of was that time is so precious. I have been completely consumed for the past couple of years, dealing with things that are above and beyond my own personal best interest. I look back and think wow. All that time, gone! Never to be regained. I learned that for this new year upon us, I must take a serious inventory and eliminate everything that is taking me away from my own personal well being. To conclude, I must come first. Always I put others before me. Usually family but often friends as well. Charity too. In the end however, my help is not as good to them as it would be should I have taken care of myself first. Hope this makes sense. I have learned some hard lessons. Too bad it took me so long to learn them, the hard way.

You know that timing is everything, there was no way you were ready to learn to take care of yourself before now. So don't regret the past, just let it go and make NOW the best that you can do. Happy new year

Yes, just like what you have said, I coincide with your opinion that time is the most important thing in life, maybe, we can say, timing is everything in life. After graduation from college, I began working for living.Your comments makes me look back what I have done in these years, and I found that I have consumed a lot of time in many things without any meaning but my dream seemingly leaves me away.I wasted too much time. What a pity it was! Before many people had ever told me that I would cherish time and pay more attentions to meaningful things. However, today's me shows that I did not understand this. I am a foolish man. Perhaps, at present for me, the best thing is to reverse myself from bad situation and to spend more time in my dream and in meaning things. Don't waste time any more.I hope I can remember this and become a new good man. Thank you for your good tip. Happy new year!

The best thing that I have learned this year is that our family really is able to live without using money that doesn't belong to us. We started our DMP in October of 2009, but 2010 has been the first year that we've not used credit cards at all. Since we've been doing this for a year, I honestly think that I will be able to go through the rest of my life without pulling out plastic again in my life. I'll be paying off two of the three cards that are left in my name in February or March of next year and my hubby's DMP still has just over two years left on it.

Oh yeah, thanks for introducing me to that site. I haven't tried it long enough to see it really working yet, but I felt the difference on my first try. I learned a lot this year.. so much about different countries I never even heard of.

Hello, the best thing i learned this year is that hard working has result for the future, so i have to keep doing it everywhere anytime. I don't know when i'll enjoy the earned money, but i hope some day i'll have that pleasure to afford it.
