I always loved to eat, it doesn't matter how full I get an hour later I could eat again. . Most people eat only when they hungry ...not me,sometimes I just eat because it tastes good. My favorite thing to do is just have a bite of this and a bite of that that way I don't feel like I ate too much. Do you eat only at meal times or do you snack all day long?

I've always love to eat. I only eat during meal times. Sometimes, I have a little snack or two. People around me (family, co-workers) have been amazed how I'm so thin and never get fat. I guess I just have a fast metabolism. Also, if you eat a lot, I suggest you exercise or have a weekly workout so you won't get any complications.

You right. I just lost 30 pounds in the last couple years and don't want to gain them back ever but my metabolism is very slow. I'm always walking when I'm home and at work but it doesn't seem to help me any when it comes to loosing weight.

I find myself eating a lot more now that I am doing more stuff on top of growing more muscle. I just stay hungry and constantly find something to eat. It drives people crazy because they complain that every time they see me, I am stuffing my face. I don't care. Whenever I eat, it is usually food. My smaller meal is actually the size of a plate for a normal person, and still get hungry 2 hours later if that. Usually in a 8 hour shift at work, I would probably eat 4-5 times. I love that I can out eat a family. I didn't realize that my plates were actually getting bigger but it was mostly because I was getting hungrier. For example, I can clean out a pot of spaghetti in 3 plates. I laugh at the serving sizes on the back of packages because I could eat the package myself. I constantly need the fuel because of my weightlifting and moving heavy stuff at my job (when you are nicknames muscles, you get stuck with moving the heaviest stuff, but that's okay because what is light for me, may kill another person). My newfound appetite is also changing my consumption behavior. If what I can drink comes in a gallon jug, I will drink it. I have drunk so many gallons of milk and water that drinking one gallon is not a lot for me anymore. Better watch out, I am still bulking up.

Sounds like you got a big appetite and a big grocery bill on top. You really need to eat more if you're so physically active, nothing wrong with that. I know what you mean about the serving sizes on the boxes....when it says 6 serings it's just enough for the 2 of us

Now that I have made myself such a big, powerful boy, I have to get used to what is "normal" for me. Family sized meals only enough for me when a box says serves 8. A gallon of milk is a glass to me ( i just drunk one typing this). I do this to water also. Spending hundreds of dollars for enough food for a week or so. People asking can you eat all of that, or what did they feed you to get so big. When I was smaller, I was always told that I ate like a horse, but now, they think I ate the horse. I love being big, strong, and growing, and knowing I can eat half a supermarket for lunch. I was told that it was greed, but ask me two hours later when I am hungry again.

When my wife & I were dating we went to a restaurant known for it's large porions. I proceded to order one of every appetizer & 2 dinners. When I was done the waitress started to walk away & my wife had to stop her. The waitress was suprised to find that I hadn't actually order for both of us & asked "Is he seriously going to eat all that?" o which my wife replied "& probably order desert!". Of course now the incredibly high metabolism that allowed me to do that has turned against me & started causeing bloodsugar problems. Are you going to finish that?

hi missybear you are a grazer which is good in so many ways and lots of endocrinologists suggent that their diabetic patients eat as many as six small meals so they do not become hungry and their blood glucose levels run at a normal rate. here in G old crest I have no way of doing that but actually this idea is good for you as even non diabetics can raise their blood sugar levels too high by eating too heavy a meal. I did graze more when I was on my own here its three meals a day.keep up the grazing as its good for you.

I have actually heard that it is better for you to eat small portions throughout the day versus the huge amounts at one. During the week I usually have a snack during the day and a big dinner. On the weekends I do tend to snack a little more. When I used to cook dinner all the time...I would eat a little while I was cooking to see if it was any good and then by the time it was done..I wouldn't want to eat dinner..lol...that was when I only weighed 125 pounds..lol..I have gained 10 pounds since the b/f started cooking all the time. I am carrying it ok though so I'm ok with it.
