The January blues

So all the Christmas and new years celebration are over,what do you do to stop those January blues? Happy and prosperous new year to all my lotters. jojo732

I agree that after Christmas, we kinda go into a slump - some of us start feeling a little depressed about the whole thing. You know? After the holidays, there is no point to winter if you ask me. Now, at this point, it's basically a count-down for spring. LOL

I have been filling my time with scrapping all my pictures from last year. Today I take down the decorations and store them but I am going to shampoo carpets and get things cleaned up that I haven't had a chance to do this fall..

I haven't done anything yet, but I know for sure I'll feel the effects of the January blues in a few days. Right now I'm still trying to take advantage of the holiday excitement and get some work done, while it still lasts. The January blues will probably hit when I take down the decorations, later this week... maybe I can come up with some ideas in the meantime, like call some friends over and throw a "decoration removal" party, to cheer up the atmosphere.
