What will you do if you are in bad mood and under deep presure?

Play video games, read a book, or listen to music to calm and relax me. Usually that helps me out when I'm in the bad mood or when I'm in a lot of stress.

@summerrainylily: Shopping can also help. Just don't spend too much money on shopping. @Gameslayer007: Seriously! Sometimes video games does frustrating when you are trying to pass a level.

When I'm in the bad mood,I would go to my baby,play with her and talk to her 'cause she's the only one who could take away tha bad mood in me. She makes me laugh always and makes me feel she loves me. I love it when she touches my face with her small hands while looking at me. She looks like an angel,well,she is really the angel of our lives. See you around!

hi. When I was still living in the province, to combat my bad mood, I go to the garden ,dig soil and cultivate the plants, mostly flowering ones. That's why we do have a lot of lowering plants in our front yard because it has been my therapy. But, now that I am living in the city, specifically on the third floor and the space is so limited even pots are not allowed, I do a lot of stuff like cooking and house redecorating. Though, this is kind of tiring but it helps me forget the reason for my bad mood. If it is a period ,then, it helps regulate the blood flows so I feel calmer and later on, no longer in such a bad mood.

Hi eurekafemme, thanks. hehe, wonderful in provice so can dig soil and plant flowers. Yes, for me, i also like washing and do house work. When it is finish, the work is done and house is clean, and i feel much better. lol. Good way. Thanks.

Well music is my weakness. I love to listen to a lot of music all the time. I usually sit alone and think myself out as to why i am in a bad mood. It depends on the situation at hand. I am mostly in good mood only never in bad mood. I had been in bad mood 2 years ago and that too because my girlfriend refused me. Till now i have always been fine! Cheers!

I usually get into a silent phase. And try to stay calm and get as much as possible from the source of the bad atmosphere. The only thing I'm afraid of is the bad mood which turns into anger. I really have a bad temper and it flares up... Hopefully, I try to make it better every time I get into that phase. It really takes control and patience. Being in a bad mood is so far okay, but should it flare out thats when it turns ugly. It really depends on the personality of the individual.

I agree with mark98, SPORT! I will go running with heavy metal music, for Sprints. But if it is a small bad mod i can just site try to relax and hear a good songs, Or doing some push-up, or try to meditate, Or play a First Person Shoter to kill every body around :)

What I tend to do is withdraw from the people around me, and snap at them if they try to have anything to do with me. I might also call someone who is not so close to me and talk to them. Sometimes I talk to them about my issue. Most of the time I just talk to them about their life so that I can escape my problems for a moment. It's not the best strategy, but it's what I do.

Hi there, Whenever I am in bad mood or off mood I usually avoid people for I do not want to talk to any one. Even if I am to talk I would be to the point. This is so for I do not want other people to get infected through me.

When I am in a bad mood, I like to go shopping by myself, or I like to exercise. Sometimes.I just like to have a good cry, until I am literally exhausted and just fall asleep. Other times, you can't do anything...you just have to keep moving forward and praying to God that they will eventually give up and go away and leave you to live your own life.

Hi buggles64, thanks for sharing, i think all the girls tend to do like that. shopping, crying when in bad mood. lol. You know what, i was not a crying type girl. Even i was in worst mood, i never cry. I don't know why, it seems i forgot CRY, i didn't know we can CRY when not feel well. But two years ago, i cried for chance, then feel much better, relax. haha. I felt cry was so wonderful. A way to relax ourselves. LOL.

I usually talk to friends. Not about why I'm under pressure but stuff that are fun to talk about. Like jokes and good things that happened to us. If I don't have someone to talk to, I post a discussion here in mylot about my problem, or I blog about it. If I don't feel like talking about it, I just play games until I feel ok. Arcade flash games that can be found online are great stress busters!

I also tried to talk with others just for fun, for some people, it is a good way to relax ourselves. hehe, unfortunately, i am a person people can read my mind through my face, they will ask me"what's wrong with you?" Hi visavis, thanks for comment. I also tried these ways. For my experience, when in deep presure, I can't concentrate on reading or movie. hehe. I like to sleep, walk outside. But when the terrible time is passed, everything will be fine. :)

I try to postpone all decision-making activities until the next morning. Sometimes there's very little I can do to improve my mood but wait for a good night's sleep to take off the pressure and help me put things into perspective. Usually in the morning at least some of my problems seem to be manageable, if not all. Besides, a nice breakfast with eggs and coffee with milk and apple juice always lifts my spirits.

If im under pressure or in bad mood, i prefer getting away somewhere far and spend some time all alone. Having some random chat with strangers in parks too help me ease the pressure and ill mood. And i avoid discussions with anyone about my problem that instant.

If I am in a bad mood or under deep pressure I just usually try to stay to myself. I will read or do some scrapbooking or listen to music to try to calm me down. Sometimes I will write to try to get the writing on my mind and to get me out of the bad mood.

Just this past week I was feeling a bit pressured. I believe it was actually Sunday. I was very grumpy at work and it wasn't a very good thing. I was very sarcastic and took it out on my customers. I know that when I am in this mood all I need do is take a deep breath, a short walk or just sing, listen to music, or do something like that to help keep my mind off of it and help lighten my mood. It's mind over matter. It's funny how all we need really do is say that we are better then the anger and the stress, and that we can pull through, and all we need do is 'fake it until we make it', which is to fake being nice, happy, until we are happy, until we are nice.

You would never want to go near me, when i am in a bad mood. LOL When i am in a really bad mood, you could readily say so. I don't smile a bit and is snappy when i answer. I know it's a bad attitude so i am trying everyday of my life to control it. I pray for God to help me control my temper and have patience towards everybody and everything all the days of my life . So far, i am happy to tell everybody, i can control my temper and bad mood now. I thank God for it !

Hi SIMPLYD, hehe, the same as me when i was a teenager, I was snappy to my parents then, hehe, really a bad girl. But i can't do like that now. I keep silent, but i need to relax myself, there are lots of work there, i shouldn't waste time, however, hard to concentrate on work when i am in bad mood. Hope I can be out of it soon. Thanks.
