I came across an article about what Ann Coulture wrote in her book saying the first lady has no sense of style and while she said she was not in her opinion fat she was ugly and a pig. I also read over the comments on yahoo when they had an article of the red and black dress she wore to the State dinner with China. Most people on there were either calling her fat or ugly. I know most of it has to do with politics but from what I have seen I think she is in pretty good shape. Now granted I like the hour glass figure not the skinny meth head look like Ann has. I also have to admit I might be a bit biased in this because I don't like flat bony butts. But really I think the insults of how she looks have to be based off of political agenda's alone. What is your opinion?

I'm not a fan of Michelle Obama, but attacking her looks and weight is just petty, rude, and completely inappropriate. Personally, I don't find her attractive and her I find it laughable that people went from criticizing her clothes to suddenly calling her a fashion icon because now she's popular and popular people get to define what's stylish. I don't see anything negative about her weight. She's pretty average to me in that category. Either way, it's I'm going to criticize her it's going to be based on her politics like her lack of pride in her country and her desire to control what foods businesses can offer instead of giving consumers a choice. I think people start attacking things like a political figure's appearance, weight, clothes, voice, etc. when they lack the intellect to come up with something more substantial.

I'm not impressed with either her looks or her sense of style, but it's mean to make statements like that. There's no call for out and out insults over something so petty. When everything becomes political, nothing makes sense.

I think you have a point. I dont care for the First Lady myself, but I would never say she is fat or a pig. She is in very good shape and in fact pushes healthy living. So I really do not understand the comments. Regarding beauty, I dont find her attractive, but plenty of people may. We all have a different opinion of beauty. I find it juvenile that this is the best they can come up with. For crying out loud, how about lets look at her opinion of America. Isnt that enough Regarding Ann Coulter, I enjoy reading most of what she writes, I find her very entertaining. But she should not be throwing stones in the looks arena.

That is just plain nasty and rude. I do not like the woman, but I would never insult her. She is actually a nice looking woman. If I ever said anything about her it would be about her politics. You never attack the person...that is just plain crude. We all just learned a lot more about Ann Coulture.

I think she has remarkable sense of style and she works what she's got, like every woman should. I think someone who says such a thing ist mostly just jealous of all the attention Michelle is getting. Anyway, I think Michelle is being an extremely stylish first lady, and I think that is a wonderful thing!
