Have you ever imagined winning a huge fortune?? What did you do in your imagination? How would you spend it to enjoy your life? I imagined buying the ultimate beach resort where you have everything you can think of for leisure and with the richest people in the world as customers. Then all my relatives and friends will work for there and so everyone of us will never have financial problems ever again. But that is only in my dreams for now How about you?

I have always imagine but it has not happened yet I sometimes ddaydream about what I would do if I hit big someday; life will be a lot better off and we don't need to worry about bills every month. We can move back to my home country with lots of money and will have no worries about anything... so nice... but I just cn't imagine I will be one of the luckiest people.

Hi "mermaidivy", I know how you feel. I have had some pretty good money when I was young from working but you know how it is when you are "young". I look back over my life and think about much how money I have had and where I would be now if I had been smarter and put it away for what is now the "RAINY DAY". Yep, my senior citizen years are here and the money I have wasted looms heavy in my mind. Oh, well no sense crying over spent money huh? All I can say is if it be the fates will for me to get "big" money again I can assure you I will put it to much better use than when I was younger. I live in Thailand which is a very beautiful country with a cost of living I can afford as a senior citizen if I spend wisely. In my home state of Hawaii I could not afford to live and or eat not to mention take care any medical problems from arthritis. Yep, it would be great to hit the lottery and not have to worry about money anymore. I can assure you I would be much more fruegal(sp?) than I was when I was younger. What about you?

Winning a big reward is something plaanted in a lot of minds. it would be a dream come true if it was something to count on. I don't know what I would do with so much money. I don't know that i would spend it wisely or just blow it on whatver came to mind.

It wouldn't be a dream if you could count on it. It would be reality and that is good. It is also good to dream too because some of us can and will take the necessary actions to make those dreams come true. In other words dreams can lead to ideas and with effort we maybe can make those dreams of wealth come true. "It's up to you"!

I believe that it has been most people's dream, and that includes me. There was a time when the lottery jackpot reach more than half a billion pesos in our country and everybody was dreaming of winning it. It became news and even popular celebrities started playing the lottery that time. It was at that time that I once again imagined winning the jackpot and things to do instantly with that much money. There were gadgets, tours, house and lots to be bought. Hahaha! Oh, sweet dreams! If only even just half of it could come true.

Hello Damned Idle, there are reasons why we imagined we want to win but we actually don't. that's because there are more important things than just money. you know i used to think a lot of things to buy when ever I imagined them. but i know there is something more than I want than just buying material things. because I know first hand that it will Never be enough. But one of my dreams did come true and hopes to continue this year and that is having a constructed commercial space rent here in front of our house. but it's gonna need a lot of work to do but am glad and happy that we tend to have some sort of income in the future.

I am curious. It would interesting to know how you would eat, how would you clothe you and your family, and keep a roof over your head without money, anyone's money? It has been my observation that most of the world's problems revolve around money. Those who have it try to keep it and those who do not have money try to get it often times illegally.

I feel good to read and be able to participate in this kind of discussion as my first for today. The positive thought in me seems to affirm that I'm going to win it big today. I have been betting lottery for years but luck did not take a glance at me that long. It has been my dream to get lucky for just ONE TIME in my whole life. Sure, money is not everything, but it adds a new glittering view of life when you have it. Good day.

I think almost everyone has thought about things like that, especially in this economy now. The lotto is being played like crazy, and I'm one of them. But what would I do, well. I'd get myself out of debt by paying off all my credit cards, and loans. I'd also pay back all my family members who's lent us money within the past year because my husband has been out of the job. I'd pay off our car and possibility get another one for my husband to use. If I had money left, I'd pay off my mother's mortgage and my sisters as well. I'd buy a house or Condo, someplace bigger then we're at now. Then I'd try to start some kind of community service to give back because I don't want to be too greedy. Then I'd use the rest to start my own business because I know that money ain't gonna last forever.

Well, to dream high is not bad. But we should consider something because to dream so high will make it our frustration in the future. If the dream that we can be will not be fulfill...

I think you should remember we are only speaking about "DREAMS". If that be the case then I should think we can dream as high as we can go. Even if only part of the dream came true a person would be in most cases happy to get even that in today's economy. Dreams are very much a part of human nature and often what we dream we achieve. Where would we,(mankind),be if somebody had never dreamed about the airplane? The trick I think is to act on making the dream come true. Never give up on your "DREAMS", "ACT" toward making them true and "NEVER GIVE UP ON THEM"!

I often dream of hitting the lottery for a few million. However, I've never dreamed of living a "wealthy" lifestyle. I've never really had the desire to live in a huge mansion or own exotic cars or other such trappings of wealth. I wouldn't fit in with that crowd anyway. I would like to have enough money to be able to retire now and not have to worry about having enough money to last the rest of my life. I would like to be able to have a modest home and be able to pursue my hobbies and enjoy life without having to worry about paying the bills every month. For me, it would be great to be able to spend my time doing anything I want and enjoying life rather than having to report to a job every day and it would be a huge relief just to have enough money to remove the worry about money. I keep buying those lottery tickets!

"RIGHT ON BROTHER"!!! I am retired now but my retirement isn't such that I can live in the fashion I would like to live so I moved to Thailand where my buck went alot further. I too get a lottery ticket every once in awhile hoping to make that one big score and never have to worry about money for the rest of my remaining days. Wouldn't that be sweet?

Wow. Yes, I imagined having great fortune every now and then. And I would think of traveling around the world, building a good school for the brainy but poor people, building a good hospital for the needy, building several villas in Bali for relatives and friends. Such a dream! Well, one says that we have to dream big.

Hi "jennyze", It Sounds like you have a good dream but I am curious about what you would do for the the kids who may not be as "brainy" as the others? I think I would probably spend more for them since they would really be the ones who need the help the most don't you think?

For those type of kids, I would like to build a training center for them to learn some practical skills to support their life in future. I concern with the people who do not have money to go to school or hospital.

Most of the Money I would put in the Bank for time deposit and I will just collect the interest every now and then. The other amount? I would probably invest in a not so big but stable firm to earn commissions. If it doesn't work I still have money in the bank. And then in my free time I will travel. I will visit a place I have been longing to visit. Of course I will give something to my mom.

If I won a big fortune, I would have bought everything I wanted to buy. First is a car, a really fast and reliable one. Then I would buy a lot in one of the highlands in our country and build a huge house on it. Then I would split the remaining fortune in two and save one half in a bank and invest the other half to a real estate or a job or something. Then, when I overtake the man on top of bill gates at the richest men ladder, I would buy an island and build a mall/casino/business center/everything to further grow the money. Then I'd start to give millions to every poor person I see and let them change their lives. haha!!!

I always do imagined myself winning huge money, but I am not a gambler. The reason for having this dream is because of the torture I am receiving in my work environment, I wish I can have this huge amount so that I can quit my job and have my own business to run being my own boss. Doing things my own way, employing people, having easiest life, seeing my kids are at highest level at school. As a result I am looking for WORK AT HOME job that will not cost much as long as I will be able to quit my present job.

I am past the having to work age. In my advanced years I would for once like to get lucky and come into big money. Believe me it is just as difficult when you have to eat, have shelter and in my case regular doctor's visits and med costs. Yep, it sure would be nice to come into a fortune.

there are things that I want to do in my life, having my own business that will employ people, train people or students. See that my community will benefit to what I will have, by being the members of that particular project I will be creating so that they will even feed thier families and extended families. creating jobs is the most important thing, I need to be WORK AT HOME person not being bullied by managers

Who hasn't? My mom and I talk about buying a lottery ticket on my 18th birthday and hoping we win. First, I would split it between my family based on how much I like the person (kidding). After splitting it with my immediate family, I would give some to my less fortunate relatives and whatever I have left would go to my university fees.

Wow nice imagination you got there. I have never imagined winning a big fortune but I was wishing in winning a big amount though. So now let me imagine that i am winning a big fortune...hmmmm, I think I will be giving 10% to the church. Then I will be putting up just a small school for poor pre-schoolers that can't afford to go to school. A school that can at least accommodate 20 children. I really want kids to know how to read and write so even just that I could already be of help. And then I will put up a small business with my husband, as if I have a husband now :P The business should support the whole family and the rest would be kept in the bank.

Who hasn't imagined to win a gig fortune in his life? I even have a night dream with me in a big house on the border of a lake! Maybe be from another life! The fact is that without hope and dreams the life would be very hard. I have always imagined I could help my family and friends if I could win a big fortune. As for me, just to have a decent life without worrying for the next day!

Then I always think of giving to people who needs money for operation or bills to hospitals. I always want to help others if ever i have too much fortune well that includes my relatives and friends. Then I Started a business to make more fortune. In my imagination I will never let the fortune to just be wasted, I want it to grow at the same time share it.

I sometimes do this just to go to sleep. I would imagine myself winning in a lottery and that will lull me to sleep. If I were to win a huge fortune, I would divide it into 3. I will give 1/3 to my family and relatives. I will give 1/3 to any foundation but I would first prefer foundations that works with nature or children. And the rest, I do whatever I want with it. If that amount is very big, I will go around the world for 6 months visiting 25 countries at least. Then buy a condo unit for my self and put some in investments and the rest in time deposits.

i had this wishful thinking so many times already but i know it would never come true since i don't join lottery. anyhow, i had thought of putting up businesses when i get that much money. in that case, that sum of money would be very useful for my entire life. what i just need to do is take good care of my businesses so that my family and children will have a better life and so that i have something behind for them when i leave this world.

Hi "rhadzie", In order for a wish to come true you have to do two things in my opinion. You have first of all to think "POSITIVE". Secondly, you have to continue to work toward that wish and never give up by being negative. Saying "NEVER" puts those thoughts in your subconcious mind and you may not work as hard toward your goal. I try to think positive and I never give up on my dream. Try it, it might work for you.
